Paying for FansAgent
Refund Policy
Your agent starts working your inbox the day you subscribe, so what you pay for a period is spent on that period. Here is how that plays out, and the short list of cases where we hand money back.
Effective 14 October 2026.
Fees are final once paid
A Starter, Pro or Studio fee unlocks the agent for the whole billing period: drafting replies in your voice, sorting fans, timing mass messages and tracking what sells. That work is available from the first hour, so we do not refund a fee after it has been charged. The three exceptions below are the only ones.
Subscribing asks us to start the service right away. If consumer law gives you a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital service, it ends once the service starts with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost.
Not a reason for a refund
- Earnings, tips or PPV sales that did not rise as much as you hoped. Fans, content and pricing are yours.
- Days or weeks when you left the agent switched off or barely used it.
- A renewal that went through because cancelling slipped your mind.
- Choosing Studio for one account that Starter would have covered, or yearly billing when a month was enough.
- A platform limiting, pausing or closing your creator account for reasons outside FansAgent.
- The rest of a period after you cancel, downgrade or take a break from posting.
When we put a charge right
Charged twice. If our error billed you two times for the same plan and period, the extra charge comes back in full.
A payment you never made. If your card or account was used without your permission and you tell us within 14 days of the charge, we check it, and if the evidence supports you, the charge is returned.
FansAgent was down. If the service could not be used at all for most of a billing period because of a fault on our side, and you reported it while it was happening, that period is refunded.
We never return more than you paid for the affected period, and the money goes back to the method you paid with. Send the date and amount to [email protected] from the email on your account, within 14 days of the charge.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in account settings. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Cancelling switches off future renewals; it does not reverse a past charge, and we do not pay back unused days.
Renewals and retried payments
Plans renew for the same period until you cancel, and each new period is due when it starts. If a renewal payment fails, our payment operator tries again over the following days. A retry that goes through is a regular renewal.
What we keep on file
To settle billing questions we keep the date and time you accepted the terms of service, an activity log for your account (sign-ins, connected accounts, messages the agent drafted or sent) and the payment record held by our payment operator.
Disputing a payment
Message us before you go to your bank or card issuer. A chargeback for a fee covered by this policy, filed without contacting us first, breaks our terms and the account is closed.
Older purchases and contact
Anything paid before 14 October 2026 stays under the terms in force when you bought it. Questions about billing go to [email protected].
