These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FansAgent ("FansAgent", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, dashboard, and service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using FansAgent, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

When you use FansAgent, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and age

FansAgent is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using FansAgent, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you are operating your own creator account, and that the information you give us is accurate. We may suspend or close any account we believe belongs to a minor or is used to interact with minors.

What FansAgent is

FansAgent is an AI agent for adult creators. It learns your voice and your offers, then drafts and times replies to your fan DMs, manages subscriptions, surfaces your top spenders, and reports your revenue, all on your own account and under your oversight. It is software that assists you, not a person, and it works as the tool you configure rather than as an independent actor.

FansAgent is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other platform, and "OnlyFans" and "Fansly" are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for connecting the Service to your own account and for complying with the terms and rules of any platform you use it with.

Acceptable use

FansAgent is meant to be used honestly, on your own account, in your own voice. To keep this a safe and lawful tool, you agree that:

• You will use the Service only on a creator account you own or are authorized to operate, in your own voice and with your oversight. You will not use it to deceptively impersonate a different real person.
• You will not use the Service to produce or distribute content involving minors, non-consent, or anything illegal, and you will not target or interact with anyone under 18.
• You will comply with the terms, rules, and applicable laws of any platform you connect, and you remain responsible for everything sent under your account.
• You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse anyone, or to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful messages.
• You will not disrupt or interfere with the Service, reverse engineer or copy it, or access it through automated means we have not authorized, and you will not resell it without our permission.

We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these rules or put the Service, creators, fans, or third parties at risk.

Your account and oversight

Your account is for you or your authorized team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, for configuring the agent's voice and limits, and for the activity that happens under your account. You decide how much runs on autopilot and what stays approval-first, and you can pause the agent or take over any conversation at any time. Please use a valid email address and let us know promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Subscriptions and billing

FansAgent is a paid service offered through subscription plans, billed in USD. You pay a flat subscription fee for your plan. We never take a percentage of your earnings, and your fan payments are made through your own platform account, not through us. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change our prices or plans from time to time, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

No guarantees of outcome

FansAgent helps you work your inbox more effectively, but we make no promise of any specific revenue, growth, retention, or other result. The agent is software, can be wrong or incomplete, and can misread a conversation, so you should review its work and keep oversight on. Your results depend on your content, your fans, your platform, and many factors outside our control.

Content you provide

The voice samples, offers, and other content you provide, and the fan conversations the agent handles on your behalf, remain yours. To run the Service, such as drafting replies, remembering your fans, and reporting your revenue, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your conversations to target advertising, and you can review, export, or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

FansAgent, including its name, design, software, and the content we provide, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The cameo illustrations used across the site are original works owned by FansAgent, do not depict real people, and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the Service. These Terms do not give you any rights in our brand, art, or technology beyond using the Service as intended. The content you provide remains yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to make FansAgent reliable and available, but we provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with any platform's rules at all times, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FansAgent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any platform's rules or applicable law, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can stop using FansAgent and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service itself. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as those about content licenses, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply after your account ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FansAgent operates [governing jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as FansAgent evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know through the dashboard or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
