OnlyFans CRM for Fansly and Fanvue and Which Tools Support Every Platform

A tool that does not support the platform your creator earns on is not a cheaper option, it is not an option at all. We read seven vendor sites on 16 September 2026 and counted what each one actually claims. Only Infloww covers OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and MYM. Three of the seven are OnlyFans only, and the one vendor that supports Fansly through a third-party extension says so in writing.

The short answer

Of the seven tools agencies usually shortlist, only Infloww supports all four major creator platforms: OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and MYM. Substy covers OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM but not Fansly. FansMetric and CreatorXone cover OnlyFans and Fansly but neither mentions Fanvue. OnlyMonster says nothing about either on its homepage, but its help docs list a Fansly inbox for chatter teams and basic team operations on Fanvue, with its AI Assistant on OnlyFans only. Supercreator and CreatorHero are OnlyFans only. Every one of those findings was read from the vendor's own site.

That matters more than any feature comparison if your roster is not purely OnlyFans. A tool that does not support the platform your creator earns on is not a cheaper option or a weaker option. It is not an option. Most buyers discover this three weeks into a trial, after the chat scripts are loaded and the team is trained.

Which OnlyFans CRMs support Fansly and Fanvue

Here is the matrix. The middle column lists only platforms the vendor names as supported on its own public site. Where a vendor says nothing about a platform, we treat that as no rather than guessing, and we checked with word boundaries so that a stray string inside page markup does not get counted as a product claim.

SubstyOnlyFans, Fanvue, MYMStates plainly it is an "AI chatting and CRM for OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM". No Fansly anywhere on the site

Read the shape of that table rather than the individual rows. Three of the seven most-marketed OnlyFans CRMs do not touch a second platform at all, and only one covers both Fansly and Fanvue. The category calls itself creator management software, but most of it is OnlyFans software with a broader name.

Why so few tools support more than one platform

Not because the vendors are lazy. OnlyFans publishes no public API, so every CRM in this category works by holding a signed-in session on the creator account through its own desktop app and reading the interface. That integration is bespoke per platform. Supporting Fansly is not a configuration flag, it is a second piece of software that breaks whenever Fansly changes its front end, and then a third for Fanvue.

You can see the cost of that in how CreatorXone handles it. Its Fansly support runs through a third-party extension, and the vendor says so in plain language on its own pricing page: the fee covers wiring the extension into its sessions and supporting it, and the extension itself is not theirs. That is an honest disclosure and more than most vendors offer, but it also tells you where the fragility sits. When the platform changes, the fix has to come from someone who is not your vendor.

Fanvue is the one genuine exception to the API problem, and it is why Fanvue support looks different from Fansly support. Fanvue has native agency functionality built in: a manager account oversees several creator profiles from one login, with the creator connecting it from their own settings. The manager account itself does not automate anything, but Fanvue also publishes an official API with OAuth sign in, chat read and write permissions and message webhooks, and its developer docs name syncing subscribers into a CRM and drafting replies as intended uses. That is why a crop of Fanvue only tools has appeared, and our Fanvue CRM comparison prices them against Infloww and Substy. Our Fanvue management software page works through what the native manager account can and cannot do before you pay anyone for it.

Does Infloww support Fansly?

Yes. Infloww names OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and MYM on its homepage, publishes Fansly case studies and a dedicated Fansly launch post, and prices Fansly profiles on its pricing page. It is the broadest coverage in the category and the main reason large multi-platform agencies end up there by default.

The thing to price in is that Infloww bills per creator profile, so breadth is charged by the head rather than bundled. A roster split across two platforms costs you twice at the profile level, not once at the account level. Before you commit, it is worth reading what Infloww commits to in writing, because its billing clause states that disconnecting or de-linking a creator account does not stop the monthly fee. Only deleting the account does. On a roster that moves between platforms, that single clause is where the money leaks.

Does Supercreator support Fansly?

No. Supercreator's homepage mentions OnlyFans sixty times and Fansly zero times, and there is no Fansly product page, pricing line or integration note anywhere on the public site. The same is true of Fanvue. Supercreator is a capable OnlyFans tool and it does not claim to be anything else, so the absence is a positioning decision rather than an oversight. We also searched all 51 articles in its help center on 26 September 2026, along with CreatorHero's 92 and Substy's 354: none of them mention Fansly.

CreatorHero and OnlyMonster sit in the same position. We checked both for word-boundary mentions of MYM as well, because raw substring searches throw false positives inside page markup, and neither makes a product claim about a second platform. If someone tells you one of these three supports Fansly, ask them to point at the vendor's own page saying so.

What to do if no single tool covers your roster

This is the common case for agencies that started on OnlyFans and added Fansly or Fanvue later. You have three real options and one bad one.

The bad one is running two CRMs and hoping the numbers reconcile at the end of the month. They do not, because each tool defines an active account, a PPV sale and a chatter shift slightly differently, and you end up with two sources of truth and no way to pay your team correctly.

The three real options are: move the whole roster onto the one tool that covers every platform you use and accept its billing model; keep the specialist tool for your main platform and run the smaller platform manually, which works up to about three accounts; or keep your tools and pull the numbers into one place yourself. If you go the third route, the reporting layer is the part worth automating rather than the chatting, and a data integration layer that connects the dashboards and APIs you already pay for is a cheaper fix than migrating an entire team onto software that fits the spreadsheet better than the inbox.

What is the best CRM for an agency running OnlyFans and Fansly

On coverage alone it is Infloww, because it is the only tool that also handles Fanvue and MYM if you add them later, and switching costs in this category are high enough that future platforms matter. If you are certain your roster stays on OnlyFans and Fansly only, FansMetric bills per linked account on either platform and is materially cheaper per seat, and CreatorXone bills per connected day rather than per month, and archiving a creator stops the bill from the next day, which suits rosters where accounts go quiet for weeks. Our Fansly agency software page goes through the operational differences in more detail, and the Fansly CRM comparison adds the Fansly only tools (FBuddy, Usly, Many-Fans) with their prices.

Whichever you choose, verify the platform claim inside the trial rather than on the marketing page. Connect one real account on the secondary platform in the first week and check three things: that the inbox actually loads, that analytics separate the platforms rather than summing them, and that chatter permissions apply per platform. A tool can technically support Fansly and still report it so badly that you cannot pay commission from it.

Where FansAgent fits, honestly

FansAgent is not a full agency CRM and does not try to be one. It answers fan DMs in the creator's voice across OnlyFans and Fansly, times PPV offers per fan, and charges a flat monthly fee for the whole roster rather than a price per profile. If what you need is payroll, tracking links and employee reporting, one of the tools above does that job and we do not.

Where the flat fee changes the arithmetic is on a roster spread thin across platforms. Per-profile pricing punishes exactly that shape: twenty accounts at forty dollars is eight hundred dollars a month before anyone sends a message, and the accounts earning least cost the same as the accounts earning most. If the chat half of the job is what you are actually buying, our take on what a CRM should track sets out what we cover and what we leave to the specialists. How we checked

Every platform claim above was read on 16 September 2026 from the vendor's own homepage, fetched directly rather than through a search summary, and counted with word boundaries so that fragments inside page markup are not mistaken for product claims. Vendors add platforms, so re-check the specific page before you sign. If a vendor supports a platform and does not say so on its homepage, that is a marketing problem worth asking about in the sales call.
