Fansly agency software: the Fansly management software and Fansly CRM for a whole roster

Fansly does not hand an agency a tidy manager login the way Fanvue does. You get the creator account, granular permission toggles, and whatever discipline you bring to them. FansAgent is the layer that answers the DMs across every page on the roster.

The short answer

Fansly has no single agency or manager login the way Fanvue does. An agency works a Fansly roster through the creator accounts themselves, using Fansly granular permission toggles to decide what each team member can reach. Roughly three dozen permissions exist and many are flagged safety-sensitive, including payout methods, wallet balance and history, tax documentation, tracking links, top supporters and session management. The only permission a fan conversation needs is Messages. FansAgent works that inbox across every creator on the roster with a separately trained voice for each one, for a flat 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month and no cut of your sales.

The gap most agencies hit on Fansly is not access, it is coverage. Fansly is a 20 percent platform, the same cut OnlyFans takes, but it pays out monthly by default rather than daily, so cash flow rewards volume and consistency. Volume on Fansly means the inbox, and the inbox does not close at 6pm. A roster of eight creators is eight inboxes, each with its own voice, its own price points, and its own regulars who expect to be remembered.

The usual answers are a chatting agency at 30 to 50 percent of net, or hiring chatters yourself and discovering how many people round-the-clock coverage actually takes. FansAgent is the third answer. An AI agent trained separately on each creator on your roster, working every inbox at once, for a flat 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month with no cut of your sales.

What makes Fansly different from every other platform in this category is the permission model. Fansly exposes roughly three dozen individual toggles rather than one manager role, and a large share of them are flagged safety-sensitive: payout methods, wallet balance and history, tax documentation, tracking links, top supporters, message deletion, profile editing and session management. That granularity is genuinely good for a creator. It is also the thing that quietly decides how much of your business you are handing over when you bring in help.

Read the table below before you delegate anything. Every row is a real Fansly permission. The point it makes is simple: the only permission a fan conversation actually needs is Messages. Everything a chatter typically ends up holding beyond that is convenience, not necessity, and each one is a key to something you cannot easily take back.

FansAgent asks for the conversation and nothing else. It does not need payout access to write a good reply. It does not need your tax documents to remember that a fan mentioned a business trip three weeks ago and follow up when he gets back. It does not need the ability to delete a message, because every reply it writes stays on the record where you can audit it.

FansAgent is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Fansly. You keep your accounts, your fans, and your payouts.

What it does for you

Fansly agency software, the way it should work

One permission, not thirty-six

A fan conversation needs Messages access and nothing else. Every other toggle a chatter ends up holding is convenience you cannot easily claw back.

A separate voice per creator

Chatters learn one house style and spread it across the roster. Each Fansly page here is trained on its own creator, so page eight never sounds like page one.

Flat cost, not a share of net

Fansly already takes 20 percent. A chatting agency on top at 30 to 50 percent of what is left is the expensive part. This is a flat monthly fee.

What you get

  • Answer every DM across a Fansly roster overnight
  • Keep a distinct trained voice for each creator
  • Remember every fan, what they bought and what they said
  • Escalate custom and meet-up requests to a human

Your inbox, handled.

Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

Fansly permissions: what is safe to delegate, and what FansAgent actually needs

Permission names and the safety-sensitive flags as documented for third-party Fansly integrations, read August 2026. Fansly does not publish an agency handbook of its own, so treat this as the integration-level view and confirm every toggle in your own account settings before you rely on it.

Fansly permissions: what is safe to delegate, and what FansAgent actually needs
Fansly permission Safe to hand a chatter? What it really controls FansAgent
Messages Yes, this is the core chatting permission Full send and receive on DMs. There is no read-only mode, so access is all or nothing. Yes, this is the only thing it needs
Create Mass Messages Carefully, it is the fastest way to burn a list One badly judged blast reaches every subscriber at once and cannot be recalled. Times offers per fan instead of blasting the roster
Earnings, Payout Methods No, Fansly flags it safety-sensitive It can change where the money lands and request payouts. Never requested
Earnings, Wallet Balance and History Rarely, safety-sensitive Full visibility into balances, tips and transfers. Not required to write a reply
Tax Documentation No, safety-sensitive Tax forms and earnings reports carry the creator legal identity. Never requested
Tracking Links Only with a reason, safety-sensitive Whoever holds these owns your traffic attribution, and can keep it after they leave. Never requested
Top Supporters Only with a reason, safety-sensitive The ranked list of highest spenders is the single most valuable asset on the account. Uses spend history to time offers, never exports it
Delete Messages No in most agencies, safety-sensitive A deleted thread cannot be audited after a dispute. Never deletes, every reply stays on the record
Edit Profile Details No, safety-sensitive Display name and external links are exactly where account takeovers and scams begin. Never requested
Sessions Management No, keep it with the creator Controls which other logins are active on the account. Never requested

FansAgent pricing is a flat 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month and takes no percentage of your sales.

Questions about your fansly agency software

Yes, but not through a dedicated agency product. Fansly does not publish a manager-account signup the way Fanvue does at fanvue.com/manager/signup. An agency works the creator account itself, and the creator controls what the team can reach through Fansly individual permission toggles. That means the safety of the arrangement depends entirely on which toggles you leave off, not on a role the platform enforces for you.
Chat-only management commonly runs 10 to 20 percent of net earnings, and full-service management that adds content direction, promotion and round-the-clock coverage commonly runs 30 to 50 percent. Fansly does not set or cap that number, so it is purely a negotiation between you and the agency. Anyone quoting you an official Fansly agency rate is inventing one.
There is no distinct account type called a Fansly agency account. The phrase usually means one of two things: a creator account that an agency has been given permissions on, or a third-party CRM where an agency links several Fansly creators into one dashboard. The first is a Fansly setting, the second is software you buy separately.
Through a third-party CRM, because Fansly itself has no roster view. Tools in this category link each Fansly account into one dashboard so you can see subscribers, earnings and messages without logging in and out. What almost none of them do is write the replies, which is the part that actually takes the hours.
It depends on whether you need visibility or coverage. If you want dashboards and analytics across a roster, the established CRMs do that well. If the bottleneck is that nobody is answering DMs at 3am, a CRM will not fix it, because a dashboard reports the problem rather than solving it. Buy for the bottleneck you actually have.
Fansly takes a flat 20 percent of creator earnings, applied consistently across subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view, with no volume tiers. That matches the standard OnlyFans rate. The bigger difference is timing: Fansly defaults to monthly payouts where OnlyFans offers daily or weekly, so plan your cash flow around a slower cycle.
Only if you grant it. Payout methods, wallet balance and wallet history are separate permissions and Fansly flags all three as safety-sensitive. Leave them off and a chatter can work the inbox without ever seeing where your money goes. Most agencies never need them, so treat a request for payout access as a question worth asking about.
We cannot quote the current Fansly terms at source, because fansly.com renders its legal pages in a way our tooling cannot read, and we will not paraphrase a rule we have not verified. The pattern that has kept creators out of trouble across every platform in this category is the same: keep a human accountable for what goes out, do not let an automated account claim to be a person it is not, and use approval mode until you trust the output. FansAgent runs in approval mode by default for that reason.
No. FansAgent is an independent tool you run on your own accounts. We reference Fansly only to describe what the software works with. You keep your accounts, your fans and your payouts, and you can stop using it whenever you like.
No, and this is the single biggest structural difference between the two platforms for an agency. Fanvue has a native manager account with a documented signup and a documented set of restrictions. Fansly instead gives the creator a long list of individual toggles. Fanvue decides the boundary for you; on Fansly you have to decide it yourself, which is more flexible and easier to get wrong.
Most run a stack rather than one tool: a CRM for roster visibility, an analytics tool, a scheduler, something for content protection, and a chat app for the team. Costs commonly land in the hundreds of dollars a month per creator once you add it up. FansAgent replaces the largest recurring line in that stack, which is human hours in the inbox.
Yes, and most agencies do. The economics are close: both platforms take 20 percent, so the difference is payout timing, audience size and content rules rather than the cut. FansAgent trains a separate voice per creator regardless of which platform that creator sells on, so a mixed roster does not need two workflows.
