Infloww reviews and whether Infloww is legit, safe and worth $40 a profile

Infloww is the tool most OnlyFans agencies end up shortlisting, and it is the hardest one in the category to find honest information about. This page does the one check nobody else does: it reads what Infloww puts in writing and what that means if you are running a roster from the United States.

The short answer

Infloww is a real company selling the most widely used OnlyFans agency CRM, and it is the market leader by some distance. Checked on 16 September 2026, its Trustpilot profile holds four reviews, scores 2.6, is 100 percent one star, and has never been claimed by the company, so nobody has replied to any of them. Four reviews is far too small a sample to judge a product on, and this whole category is nearly empty on the review platforms. What you can check is the contract, and Infloww does publish one: a full terms of service sits at infloww.com/tos. It is not linked from the footer and it is not in the sitemap, so most buyers never see it. Inside it you contract with Infinni Innovations S.A., a Spanish public limited company registered under number A55470629 in Tenerife, disputes go to binding arbitration in the Canary Islands regardless of where you are, class actions are waived, and total liability is capped at the lesser of the fees you have paid or USD 2,000. The clause that costs agencies real money is the billing one: disconnecting a creator account does not stop the monthly fee, only deleting it does.

Start with the review evidence, because there is barely any. On 16 September 2026 the Trustpilot profile for www.infloww.com shows a TrustScore of 2.6 from four reviews, every one of them a single star, dated February, June and July 2026. The profile is unclaimed, which means Infloww has not verified it and has not responded to a single complaint on it. Four reviews decide nothing. We are not going to pretend that a 2.6 built from four strangers tells you whether a product works, and any page that leads with that number is selling you something. It is worth knowing the profile exists and is unanswered, and that is all.

The rest of the search results are worth sizing up before you trust them. The top result for this query on Google is a Glassdoor page for a completely different company called Inflow. Then come two automated domain checkers, ScamAdviser and Scam Detector, which confirm the website is real and tell you nothing about the software. The one substantial editorial review is on ofm-tools.com, which scores Infloww highly and discloses that it carries affiliate links. That disclosure matters more here than usual, because Infloww publishes exactly what an affiliate earns. Its own terms set referral earnings at 10 percent of everything an agency pays for the first year, and 20 percent of everything a creator pays. On a mid sized roster that is a four figure incentive attached to a recommendation, which is not corruption, it is just an interest you should know about while reading.

So judge Infloww the way you would judge any vendor holding a live session on your creator accounts: on the document. Infloww does have one, and this is the part that surprised us. We reported previously that Infloww published no terms of service anywhere, because /terms, /terms-of-service, /terms-and-conditions and /legal all return 404 and the sitemap lists no legal page. All of that is still true on 16 September 2026. The terms are at infloww.com/tos, a path the footer does not link and the 260 URL sitemap does not contain. The footer offers a privacy policy, a cookie policy and a complaints policy, and no terms. It is a real, detailed, 27 section contract, and it is effectively unfindable unless you guess the URL.

Three things in it will matter to a US agency more than any star rating. First, you are not contracting with an American company. Infloww is operated by Infinni Innovations S.A., a Spanish sociedad anonima registered under number A55470629, with its registered office in Guia de Isora, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The agreement is governed by Spanish law, the UN sale of goods convention is expressly excluded, and the tax definitions refer to the Canary Islands.

Second, if something goes wrong you arbitrate in Tenerife. The terms send all disputes to binding arbitration at the Corte de Arbitraje de la Camara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegacion de Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the courts of Arona, and they say this applies independent of your location, with any objection to that venue waived in advance. You bring claims individually and not as part of a class. There is a 30 day informal notice step first, and a sweetener if you win: if an arbitrator awards you more than Infloww last offered to settle for, Infloww pays up to 2,000 euros on top of the award and reimburses your arbitration fees. Total liability, though, is capped at the lesser of the fees you have paid or USD 2,000. For an agency running twenty profiles at 40 dollars, a year of fees is 9,600 dollars and the cap still stops at 2,000.

Third, and this is the clause that quietly costs the most, read the billing section before you trim your roster. Infloww charges the fixed monthly fee for every creator account, including inactive accounts and accounts earning nothing, and it states plainly that disconnecting or de-linking a creator account does not count as deleting it, so it keeps being charged. Only a deleted account stops the fee, pro rata for the days used. Billing also runs in arrears in a way most SaaS does not: you are invoiced at the end of the calendar month, payment is due in the first five days of the next one, and the card on file is charged on the sixth if the invoice is unpaid.

None of this makes Infloww a bad product, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. It is the category leader, it runs a genuine public status page at status.infloww.com with email and SMS incident alerts, which most of its rivals do not, it publishes a hardware specification for its desktop app, and its terms are more detailed than several competitors manage. The point of this page is narrower. The reviews will not tell you anything, so the contract has to, and the contract is filed where you will not stumble across it. The table below sets out every clause worth reading before your card goes on file.

One honest note about us. FansAgent sells an AI agent that answers fan DMs, which overlaps with part of what Infloww does, so we are not a neutral party. Weigh this page accordingly and check every clause against infloww.com/tos yourself, which is exactly what we did.

What it does for you

Infloww reviews, the way it should work

Four reviews, unanswered

The Trustpilot profile for www.infloww.com shows 2.6 from four reviews on 16 September 2026, all one star, and the company has never claimed the profile. Four reviews prove nothing either way. Nobody has done the checking for you.

The contract exists, unlinked

A full 27 section terms of service sits at infloww.com/tos. The footer does not link it, the 260 URL sitemap does not list it, and the four paths people normally try all return 404. It is the only real evidence available.

Spanish law, Tenerife arbitration

You contract with Infinni Innovations S.A., a Spanish company registered as A55470629. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Santa Cruz de Tenerife independent of your location, class actions are waived, and liability stops at USD 2,000.

What Infloww commits to in writing, clause by clause

Every row was read from the Infloww terms of service at infloww.com/tos, its pricing page, its homepage footer, its sitemap and its Trustpilot profile on 16 September 2026. The middle column restates what the vendor publishes and the right column is our reading of what it means for an agency running several creators from the United States. Confirm the exact wording yourself before you rely on any of it.

What Infloww commits to in writing, clause by clause
Clause What Infloww publishes What it means for a US agency
Who you contract with Infinni Innovations S.A., a public limited company registered in Spain under number A55470629, registered office Calle Maria Zambrano 42, Club de Campo Abama Parcela 4-B1, Guia de Isora, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Your counterparty is Spanish, not American. Compare CreatorHero, a Wyoming LLC under New York law, and FansMetric, a New Mexico LLC. Assets and enforcement sit in the Canary Islands.
Where the terms live A full terms of service at infloww.com/tos. It is not linked from the footer and does not appear in the 260 URL sitemap. The footer links a privacy policy, a cookie policy and a complaints policy only. The contract is real and detailed, but you have to guess the URL to read it. Save a dated copy the day you sign up, because the change clause below lets it move quickly.
Governing law Spanish law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980) is expressly excluded. US state law, US consumer protections and your usual counsel do not apply. Budget for Spanish advice if a real dispute ever starts.
Where disputes go Binding arbitration at the Corte de Arbitraje de la Camara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegacion de Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Cortes and Tribunales of Arona, stated to apply independent of your location, with objections to venue waived. A dispute means arbitrating in the Canary Islands whatever your size. For most agencies that makes any claim under a few thousand dollars uneconomic to pursue.
Class actions Waived. Claims are brought in your individual capacity only, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or run a representative proceeding. If a billing problem hits many agencies at once, each one litigates alone. Note the terms say that if this specific clause fails, the whole arbitration agreement is void.
If you win If the arbitrator awards you more than Infloww last offered in writing, Infloww pays 100 percent of the award plus up to 2,000 euros on top, and reimburses your reasonable arbitration fees. A genuinely buyer friendly clause and better than most of this category offers. It exists to make lowball settlement offers expensive for them.
Liability cap Aggregate liability limited to the lesser of 100 percent of total fees paid or USD 2,000. The hard dollar ceiling is the thing to notice. Twenty profiles at 40 dollars is 9,600 dollars a year in fees and the cap is still 2,000. CreatorHero caps at the greater of 12 months of fees or USD 100, which is more generous at any real scale.
Disconnected creator accounts The fixed monthly fee applies to all creator accounts including inactive ones and ones earning nothing. Disconnecting or de-linking an account does not count as deleting it and is charged at the plan rate. Deleted accounts are charged pro rata for days used only. This is the clause that leaks money. Pausing a creator is not the same as removing them. Delete the account or keep paying 40 dollars a month for a profile nobody is working.
When you are billed Invoiced at the end of each calendar month, payable in the first five days of the following month by Visa or Mastercard, or by wire for agencies. Unpaid invoices are charged to the card on file on the sixth. Billing runs in arrears, unlike most SaaS. Your first real invoice lands after a month of usage, and partial months are prorated.
Cancelling versus deleting Cancelling a subscription means you immediately lose access to the service. Starting the delete account process instead keeps the account open until the last day of the paid period, then deletes it with an email confirmation. These are two different buttons with two different outcomes. Export first, then use delete rather than cancel if you want the remaining paid days.
Refunds No general refund clause. The only refund language covers fixed day trials: deposits or pre-payments are not refunded or returned, but stay as credit against future invoices for six months. Treat every payment as final. For contrast OnlyMonster publishes a pro rata refund rule, though it credits an internal balance rather than your card.
Changing the terms Some changes may be made without informing you beforehand. Other changes take effect 24 hours after notice by email or a posting on the service, and continued use binds you. 24 hours is the shortest notice period we have found in this category. Most vendors give 30 days. Watch the email address on the account.
Service availability Infloww may modify or discontinue the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice, does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and accepts no liability for any suspension or termination. Standard language, but it bites harder here because an outage stops chat revenue outright. Infloww does run a real status page at status.infloww.com with email and SMS alerts, which several rivals do not.
Suspension Infloww may terminate access for any reason at its sole discretion, and may suspend immediately and without notice where it believes the terms have been breached or that it may suffer loss or reputational harm. Broad and one sided, which is normal in adult adjacent software. Keep your own copy of fan records rather than relying on continued access.
Independent reviews Trustpilot profile for www.infloww.com: TrustScore 2.6, four reviews, 100 percent one star, profile unclaimed by the company. Too small a sample to judge the product. Worth knowing the company has never claimed the profile or answered a complaint on it.
Affiliate payouts Referral earnings of 10 percent of everything a referred agency pays, and 20 percent of everything a referred creator pays, for the first year of the subscription. This is why glowing Infloww reviews exist. When a review site discloses affiliate links, this is the size of the interest behind the recommendation.

Good to know

Questions people ask before paying Infloww

Yes. Infloww is operated by Infinni Innovations S.A., a Spanish public limited company registered under number A55470629 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and it publishes a detailed terms of service, a privacy policy, a full pricing page and a live status page. It is the largest tool in the OnlyFans agency CRM category. The thing it lacks is an independent review base, so judge it on the written contract rather than on ratings.
Infloww is a real, established vendor with published security and privacy documentation, so the ordinary question of whether the company exists and operates properly is settled. The risk that remains is structural and applies to every CRM in this category. OnlyFans publishes no public API, so any tool that shows you the inbox is holding a live authenticated session on the creator account. No permissions layer removes that.
On 16 September 2026 the profile for www.infloww.com shows a TrustScore of 2.6 from four reviews, all of them one star, dated February, June and July 2026. The profile is unclaimed, so Infloww has not verified it or replied to any review. Four reviews is far too small a sample to draw a conclusion from, in either direction.
Infloww is operated by Infinni Innovations S.A., a public limited company registered in Spain under number A55470629. Its registered office is Calle Maria Zambrano 42, Club de Campo Abama Parcela 4-B1, Guia de Isora, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The terms of service name that entity as the contracting party and the copyright line on the site carries the same name.
Yes, at infloww.com/tos, and it is easy to conclude it does not exist. The footer links a privacy policy, a cookie policy and a complaints policy but no terms. The sitemap lists 260 URLs and none of them is a legal page. The four paths buyers normally try, /terms, /terms-of-service, /terms-and-conditions and /legal, all return 404. The document itself runs to 27 sections.
Spain. The operating company, Infinni Innovations S.A., is registered in Spain with a registered office in Guia de Isora, Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands. The terms are governed by Spanish law and the tax definitions refer to the Canary Islands. For a US agency that means your contract is not under US law.
By binding arbitration at the Corte de Arbitraje de la Camara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Navegacion de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with the courts of Arona in Tenerife as the venue. The terms state this applies independent of your location and that you waive objections to that venue. You must attempt 30 days of informal resolution first, and you bring claims individually rather than as a class.
There is no general refund clause in the Infloww terms. The only refund language covers fixed day trial programs, and it says deposits or pre-payments are not refunded or returned, though they remain available as credit against future invoices for six months. Outside that, a refund is a support decision rather than a documented right.
Yes. The terms state that the fixed monthly fee applies to all creator accounts, including inactive accounts, accounts earning no revenue and accounts that have not been disconnected. They also state that disconnecting or de-linking an account does not count as deleting it, so it keeps being billed at the plan rate. Only deleting the account stops the charge, prorated for the days used.
The published headline is 40 dollars per creator profile per month, but that is the bottom of a twelve step earnings ladder. Stepping through the creator monthly earnings selector on the pricing page on 17 September 2026 shows 40 dollars under 500, 50 to 1,000, 65 to 2,000, 70 to 5,000, 90 to 7,500, 125 to 10,000, 175 to 15,000, 225 to 30,000, 275 to 45,000, 300 to 60,000, 400 to 75,000 and 500 dollars a month above that. AI Copilot is listed on the OnlyFans plan in beta and its suggestions are paid in AI credits at 1 cent each. Because it is per profile, the bill scales with roster size as well as earnings, which is what makes the disconnected account clause expensive: a de-linked profile keeps its bracket fee.
The lesser of 100 percent of the total fees you have paid or USD 2,000. The hard dollar ceiling is what matters at scale: an agency paying for twenty profiles spends 9,600 dollars a year and the cap does not move above 2,000. By comparison CreatorHero caps at the greater of 12 months of fees or USD 100, which is the more generous formula for any sizeable account.
Partly because the product is genuinely the category leader, and partly because Infloww publishes an affiliate program in its own terms. Referral earnings run at 10 percent of everything a referred agency pays and 20 percent of everything a referred creator pays, for the first year. Review sites that disclose affiliate links, as ofm-tools.com does, are disclosing an interest of that size.
