Fanvue CRM for chatting with AI chat automation for creators and agencies

Fanvue is the easiest creator platform to build software for, and it shows. It publishes an official API with OAuth sign in, webhooks for new messages and a documented rate limit of 200 requests per minute per user. Its own developer docs list "sync subscribers into your CRM" and "draft and send replies" as things you can build, and even include a tutorial for an auto reply chatbot. AI creators are a recognised, verified category on the platform, tagged in their bio. No other big creator platform is this open.

The short answer

A Fanvue CRM is software that sits on top of the Fanvue inbox: it keeps a record of every fan, what they bought and when they last spoke, and in the newer tools it writes or sends the replies too. Checked at source on 21 September 2026, most OnlyFans agency CRMs do not support Fanvue at all. Of the big multi platform tools only Infloww (50 dollars per creator, human chatters) and Substy (0 to 99 dollars per creator plus 8.5 to 15 percent of AI sales) do. The rest of the market is small Fanvue only tools. FansAgent answers Fanvue chats in each creator's voice for a flat 49 to 399 dollars a month, with no percentage of sales.

The odd part is that the big agency CRMs have mostly not followed. We checked the homepage, pricing page and scripts of eight established tools on 21 September 2026. Infloww supports Fanvue, at a flat 50 dollars per creator profile rather than the earnings ladder it uses on OnlyFans, and its Fanvue plan lists a shared inbox, roles, shift scheduling and notifications but no AI Copilot. Substy supports Fanvue at the same price as OnlyFans, with AI chatting on every plan and a commission on what the AI sells. OnlyMonster supports Fanvue for basic team operations (roles, shift access, notifications) per its help docs, with no inbox or AI listed for the platform. CreatorHero, Supercreator, FansMetric, CreatorXone and Chatterly name no Fanvue support anywhere we could find.

So most of what ranks for Fanvue CRM is a new crop of Fanvue only tools, some of them weeks old. Fanvy sells an AI that drafts replies for you to approve, from 29 dollars for one account, and describes itself as early access. FanWake sells an autopilot AI per model from 39 dollars with message caps. FanvueCRM is included with a paid listing on a model promotion site, and its own FAQ answers both yes to being the official CRM product and no to being affiliated with Fanvue. Some of these will be good. None has a track record yet, and the rule that matters most on Fanvue is the one to check first: how the tool connects.

Fanvue's general terms still ban bots, scrapers and automated scripts, account sharing and unapproved software or extensions, while its API policy explicitly allows agencies to create chats and send messages through an approved app. The safe reading is that software working through the official OAuth API is sanctioned and software that logs in with a shared password or rides a browser extension is not. Ask every vendor, us included, exactly how it connects before you hand over a creator account.

FansAgent is built for the job most Fanvue CRMs leave to a person: answering. It learns each creator's voice, replies to every Fanvue chat in seconds, times pay-per-view offers per fan and follows up with quiet subscribers before they lapse, with approval controls you can leave on. One flat fee covers OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue pages alike, and it never takes a share of what your creators earn.

Good to know

Questions about a Fanvue CRM

It depends on who writes the chats. For an agency with human chatters that wants an established tool, Infloww supports Fanvue at 50 dollars per creator. For AI chatting on commission, Substy charges up to 99 dollars per creator plus 8.5 to 15 percent of AI sales. For AI that answers in each creator's voice on a flat fee, FansAgent runs 49 to 399 dollars a month.
Yes. Infloww lists Fanvue alongside OnlyFans, Fansly and MYM and says it holds official partnerships with MYM and Fanvue. On 21 September 2026 its Fanvue plan cost 50 dollars per creator profile a month, flat, and listed a shared inbox, roles and permissions, shift scheduling and notifications. Its AI Copilot appears on the OnlyFans plan, not the Fanvue one.
Yes. Fanvue publishes an official API that uses OAuth 2.0 sign in rather than API keys, with chat read and write scopes, webhooks for new messages and payments, and a limit of 200 requests per 60 seconds per user. Its docs name syncing subscribers into a CRM and drafting and sending replies as intended uses, and its API policy lists agency chat operations as permitted.
Fanvue recognises AI creators as a verified category and publishes its own auto reply chatbot tutorial for the API. Its general terms still prohibit bots, scrapers, shared passwords and unapproved software or extensions. The practical reading is that automation through the official API is allowed and tools that log in as the creator are not. Read the current terms before connecting any tool.
For AI generated media, yes: Fanvue's community guidelines require a clear disclosure such as a watermark, caption or bio statement, and AI creators carry an AI tag. We found no clause that specifically requires disclosing AI drafted chat replies on a human creator's account. The acceptable use policy does bar falsely depicting live interactions, so keep a human in charge of the page.
On 21 September 2026: Infloww 50 dollars per creator a month, Substy 0, 69 or 99 dollars per creator plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of AI sales, Fanvy 29 to 199 dollars by account count, FanWake 39 to 249 dollars per model, FanvueCRM 39 dollars. FansAgent is 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month flat, and Studio covers up to ten pages.
CreatorHero, Supercreator, FansMetric, CreatorXone and Chatterly named no Fanvue support on their homepage, pricing page or scripts when we checked on 21 September 2026. OnlyMonster lists Fanvue in its help docs for team operations only (roles, shifts, notifications), with no inbox or AI for the platform. If your roster mixes OnlyFans and Fanvue creators, that rules them out as a single tool, which is why Infloww, Substy and FansAgent are the realistic shortlist.
Infloww is 250 dollars, before paying the chatters who answer. Substy Pro is 345 dollars plus 10 percent of AI net sales, so 1,345 if the AI is credited with 2,000 dollars per creator. FanWake Pro is 445 dollars for five models. FansAgent Studio is 399 dollars flat for up to ten pages, with no commission and no chatter wages behind it.
No. FansAgent is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fanvue. Fanvue is named only to describe the platform the agent works with. Each creator keeps their own account and fan list, and you can pause the agent or take over any chat at any time.
