FansMetric alternative for OnlyFans agencies: an AI chatter instead of another analytics dashboard

FansMetric is good at a specific job, and it is worth saying what that job is before replacing it. It measures the account and coordinates the people who write; it does not write anything itself.

The short answer

FansMetric is an OnlyFans agency CRM built around analytics, chatter management and promo tracking. Its published price in August 2026 is $39 a month per linked account for Standard, or $99 per linked account for Pro, which adds trial link revenue, campaign tracking and delayed welcome sequences and requires a Standard plan first. It has no AI chat feature: every message is still typed by a person on your team. That is the honest dividing line. FansAgent is the alternative for agencies whose bottleneck is the typing rather than the reporting: an agent trained on each creator's voice drafts every DM, times pay-per-view per fan and runs win-backs, for a flat $49, $149, or $399 a month across the roster with no per-account fee and no cut of sales.

The part it does best is attribution. Free trial links and campaign links come with revenue, profit and ROI attached, so you can tell which promo actually produced a paying subscriber instead of guessing from a spike in the graph. Very few tools in this category do that properly. It also handles the operational side of running human chatters, with access sharing that avoids handing out creator passwords, split inboxes so two chatters can work one account without colliding, activity logging, and side-by-side chatter performance. Its own site points at agencies running 400 or more creators, and the product is shaped accordingly.

What it does not do is write anything. There is no AI reply feature on the product, and the messaging tools it does ship are the manual kind: scripts, an emoji menu, priority mass messages, delayed welcome sequences, auto-follow for expired fans. Those are accelerators for a human chatter, not a replacement for one. So the practical question when you are shopping for a FansMetric alternative is which half of the problem you are actually solving. If your reporting is a mess and your chat team is fine, FansMetric is a reasonable purchase and this page will not talk you out of it. If your chat team is the cost and the constraint, better analytics on it will not help.

The money works out differently than the sticker suggests, because of the unit. FansMetric bills per linked OnlyFans account. Five creators on Standard is $195 a month, ten is $390, and if you want the trial and campaign attribution that is arguably the best reason to buy it, Pro is $99 per account on top of an existing Standard plan. That is a per-head line that grows every time you sign a creator, and it sits on top of chatter payroll rather than reducing it. A ten creator roster on Standard is $390 of software plus whatever your chatters cost, and chatter payroll is almost always the larger of the two by a wide margin.

FansAgent charges for the roster, not the head. Plans are $49, $149, and $399 a month, and Studio at $399 covers up to ten creator pages, which is roughly $40 a creator at the top of the range and much less if you are running fewer. There is no percentage of sales, no success fee, and no tier that reprices when a creator has a good month. The reason we can price that way is that our cost tracks messages handled, not accounts held open.

The substantive difference is what happens at 3am. FansMetric will faithfully record that a fan who spent $400 last quarter opened the app, read your last message and did not reply. It will show you that same fact tomorrow, and the day after, until someone on your team reads the dashboard and types something. FansAgent reads the same fan history and writes the message: in that creator's voice, referencing what that fan actually bought, priced and timed for that conversation rather than the calendar. You keep approval on outgoing messages for as long as you want it, and most agencies leave approval on for the first few weeks while the voice settles.

A fair warning about switching, because it matters more than the feature grid. If the reason you bought FansMetric was promo attribution, we do not replace that. We do not track free trial link ROI or campaign performance, and if that number is how you decide where to spend on marketing, you should keep a tool that measures it. Plenty of agencies run both: attribution software for the traffic side, an agent for the inbox. What we do replace is the part of the operation that scales with headcount, which is the part that stops an agency growing past the number of shifts it can staff.

What it does for you

FansMetric alternative, the way it should work

It writes, it does not only chart

FansMetric shows you the fan who went quiet. The agent writes to them, in the creator's voice, while they are still worth winning back.

Flat, not per linked account

Ten creators on FansMetric Standard is $390 a month before Pro. Studio is $399 flat for up to ten pages, whatever they earn.

No AI tier to upgrade into

There is no AI chat on FansMetric at any price. Here the agent is the product, not a paid add-on layered over a dashboard.

What you get

  • Cover the inbox without adding chatter shifts
  • Pay for the roster instead of per linked account
  • Keep one consistent voice across every hour of the day
  • Approve messages before they send while the voice settles

Your inbox, handled.

Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

Good to know

Questions about switching to FansAgent

FansMetric is an OnlyFans agency CRM combining analytics, chatting operations and marketing attribution. It gives agencies earnings dashboards, chatter performance tracking, secure access sharing without passwords, split inboxes, message scripts, and tracking for free trial and campaign links. It runs as a desktop app for Mac and Windows as well as in the browser.
FansMetric Standard is $39 a month per linked OnlyFans account, and Pro is $99 a month per linked account. Pro adds free trial link revenue and ROI, campaign link tracking, profile promotion tracking, auto online messages and delayed welcome sequences, and it can only be activated on accounts that already have a Standard plan. Read at source on August 5, 2026.
No. FansMetric publishes no AI chat or AI reply feature at any tier. Its messaging tools are aids for human chatters: scripts, an emoji menu, priority mass messages, smart lists, delayed welcome sequences and auto-follow for expired fans. Every individual reply to a fan is still typed by someone on your team.
It depends which half of the product you are replacing. For agency CRM with human chatter management, Infloww at $40 per creator profile a month is the closest direct swap. For promo attribution there is no clean equivalent. If the goal is to stop staffing the inbox at all, the alternative is an AI agent: FansAgent drafts every reply for a flat $49 to $399 a month.
It is worth it if you already run chatters and cannot tell which promo produced which subscriber. Trial and campaign link attribution genuinely changes where you spend, and few competitors do it well. It is not worth it if you bought it hoping the dashboard would lift revenue, because reporting does not send messages and the fee is per account either way.
It works, but the shape of the product is agency-first: chatter comparison, split inboxes and access sharing all assume a team. A solo creator pays $39 a month for one linked account and gets analytics plus manual messaging aids, with nobody to delegate to. The cost per useful feature is much better once you are running several accounts and staff.
Yes, and it is a sensible setup if attribution matters to you. Keep FansMetric measuring which trial and campaign links produce paying subscribers, and let the agent handle the message volume those subscribers generate. The two do not overlap much, which is exactly why some agencies run both rather than choosing.
All three bill per account and land close together at the entry level. FansMetric is $39 per linked account, Infloww is $40 per OnlyFans creator profile, and OnlyMonster starts at $30 but climbs through seven tiers to $250 as that account earns more. FansMetric and Infloww stay flat as a creator grows; OnlyMonster does not.
Account access is the real risk in this category, and every tool here holds some form of session for the account. Prefer tools that log every action, let you keep approval on outgoing messages, and let you revoke access instantly. The bigger everyday danger is handing a raw password to a chatter, which both FansMetric access sharing and an agent remove.
