To cancel an Infloww subscription you have to do it from inside your Infloww account or through their support, because Infloww does not publish a cancellation clause anywhere on its public site. Checked on 5 September 2026, infloww.com has no terms of service page at all: /terms, /terms-of-service, /terms-and-conditions and /legal all return 404, and the published sitemap lists no legal document. The one thing Infloww does document about your data sits in its privacy policy, which says you may request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another controller. That is a written privacy request, not an export button, so ask for it before you stop paying rather than after. Infloww bills 40 dollars per OnlyFans profile a month, 40 per Fansly profile and 50 each for MYM and Fanvue, so the money you get back by cancelling is 40 dollars times every profile still connected. This page covers both, in that order, because the second problem is the expensive one and almost nobody solves it before clicking cancel. Start with what Infloww actually publishes, because it is less than you would expect from the largest tool in the category. On 5 September 2026 there is no terms of service on infloww.com. Four standard paths return 404 and the site's own sitemap.xml, which lists twenty-odd pages including the pricing page, the download page, the enterprise page and a competitor comparison, contains no legal document of any kind. So there is no published notice period, no published refund policy, and no published statement about what happens to your account data after you stop paying. None of that means Infloww behaves badly. It means the answer is not in writing, and anything a support agent tells you in a chat window is not a document you can point at later.

The privacy policy is the exception and it is genuinely useful. It contains a data portability clause in the standard European wording: you may request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another controller. It also says you may request deletion of your personal data, and that after a reasonable period of time Infloww will either delete or anonymize your information or securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible. Read those two clauses together and the sequence becomes obvious. Portability first, deletion second, cancellation last. Doing it in any other order risks asking for a copy of records that have already been isolated.

Now the part that decides how much cancelling is worth. Infloww charges per creator profile: 40 dollars a month for each OnlyFans profile, 40 for each Fansly profile, 50 for MYM and 50 for Fanvue. There is no revenue test anywhere in that structure, which means a profile earning 200 dollars a month costs exactly the same as one earning 20,000. Agencies almost never cancel the whole account. What they should be doing first is counting the profiles that are still connected but no longer worked, because those are pure leakage at 40 dollars each and they do not announce themselves on an invoice that just says a total.

One more thing worth knowing before you talk to anyone. Infloww runs a page at infloww.com/switch-crm aimed squarely at agencies leaving a different CRM, and the entire migration offer on it is to book a call and plan your transition together. There is no automated import, no documented fan-record mapping, no free migration month. That is not a criticism so much as a description of the category: nobody in this market has built real portability, in either direction, and the vendor most actively recruiting switchers is no different. Assume you are moving your own data by hand and you will be right.

Questions about cancelling Infloww and getting your data out

From inside your Infloww account or through Infloww support. There is no published cancellation procedure to point you at: as of 5 September 2026 infloww.com has no terms of service page and its sitemap lists no legal document. Ask support to confirm the effective date and the final billing date in writing, because nothing on the public site commits them to either.

Request it. The Infloww privacy policy says you may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful. Export anything you want to keep before you send that request. The same policy says data is eventually deleted, anonymized, or securely stored and isolated from further use, and isolated data is not data you can get back.

By request, yes. The privacy policy contains a portability clause stating you may request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another controller. Infloww does not publish an in-product export path for fan records. Send the request in writing while the subscription is still active, and say specifically that you want fan records, spend history and tags.

Four things, in order. Send the written data portability request. Screenshot or export whatever the product does let you download, including fan lists, tags and spend history. Note which profiles are connected and what each one is costing. Then confirm the cancellation date with support in writing so there is a record of what you were told.

Cheaper depends entirely on roster size. Supercreator CRM Lite is free to ten accounts if analytics is all you need, and flat-rate tools stop multiplying once you pass a handful of creators. At forty dollars per profile, Infloww is genuinely competitive for one or two creators and gets expensive fast at eight or more.

The pricing page says billed monthly and mentions a free trial without stating its length. No minimum term, notice period or contract document is published anywhere on the site. If a minimum term matters to you, get it confirmed in writing before you sign up rather than after you try to leave.

No. Infloww is third-party software that connects to your creator account. Cancelling it removes the tooling layer, not the account, the subscribers or the earnings. What you lose is whatever lived only inside Infloww, which is usually the fan notes, tags and tracking-link attribution rather than anything OnlyFans itself stores.

It publishes nothing about migrating away. It does run a page at infloww.com/switch-crm aimed at agencies switching to it from another CRM, and even there the offer is to book a call and plan the transition together rather than any automated import. Nobody in this category has built real portability in either direction.
