OnlyFans does not publish a public API. There is no official developer portal, no API documentation, and no API key a creator or agency can request, and the largest commercial vendor in this space states exactly that on its own homepage. Everything sold as an OnlyFans API is unofficial: a reverse-engineered layer that signs into the account on your behalf, usually through dedicated proxies, and exposes chats, messages, fans and posts as REST endpoints.
