OnlyFans agency software pricing: what management software, AI chatbots and CRMs cost per creator
Every tool in this category quotes a different unit, which is why the prices refuse to line up when you try to compare them. One charges per creator profile, one per linked account, one per day, one by what the creator earned last month, and one takes a percentage of whatever its AI sells. A $30 tool and a $99 tool can easily end up costing the same agency the same money, or differ by a factor of five, depending entirely on which of those units you signed.

The short answer
OnlyFans agency software costs between $15 and $250 per creator account per month in August 2026, and a few tools add a percentage of sales on top. The number that matters is not the sticker but the billing model, and there are three. Flat per-account tools charge the same every month regardless of earnings: Infloww is $40 per creator profile, FansMetric is $39 or $99 per linked account, CreatorXone is EUR 1 per day (about EUR 30 a month, plus EUR 15 a month per add-on), and Supercreator CRM Premium is $15 per account. Earnings-tiered tools raise your bill as the creator grows: OnlyMonster runs $30 to $250 per account and Chatterly $20 to $200, both set by that account's last 30 days of revenue. Revenue-share tools take a cut: Supercreator Super AI is $99 per account plus 5% of AI net sales, and CreatorHero is $39.99 per creator plus a success fee capped at $260. FansAgent is flat at $49, $149, or $399 a month for the whole roster, with no cut of your sales.

So before the table, the three models. Flat per-account pricing is the simplest: you pay the same figure every month for every creator you connect, whether that creator made $800 or $80,000. Earnings-tiered pricing looks cheaper on the pricing page, because the number you see first is the entry tier, and then the bill climbs each time a creator crosses a revenue band. Revenue share is the third, where a base fee is topped up with a percentage of sales the software is credited with producing.
The second model is the one that catches agencies out. OnlyMonster and Chatterly both price each account independently against its trailing 30 days, which is fair in principle and expensive in practice: the moment a creator has a good month, next month costs more. Take a roster of five creators where two are earning under $2,500 and three are between $5,000 and $10,000. On OnlyMonster that is $60 plus $150, so $210 a month. Push two of those mid-tier creators past $10,000, which is the whole point of the exercise, and the same five accounts cost $310. You are billed for winning.
Revenue share deserves the same arithmetic. Supercreator Super AI is $99 per account plus 5% of AI net sales. If the AI is credited with $12,000 of sales on one creator in a month, that is $99 plus $600, so $699 for a single account. CreatorHero caps its version, which is more honest: $39.99 per creator plus a success fee that stops at $260, so no creator can cost more than roughly $300 a month. A cap is worth looking for, because uncapped percentages on a whale account are the single biggest software line an agency can accidentally sign up for.
There is also a free tier worth knowing about, because two vendors publish one. Supercreator CRM Lite is free for up to 10 accounts, and OFManager is free for up to three creator accounts with agency plans starting at $15 per account and the first five free. Both are real, and both are analytics and CRM rather than anything that answers a message. They are a reasonable place to start if you are pre-revenue, and they run out of road at exactly the point where the inbox becomes the job.
One warning about the numbers you will find elsewhere. Several of the listicles ranking for this query quote prices that the vendors themselves do not publish anywhere, including a $249 a month figure for FansMetric whose own pricing page says $39, and a $99 for 10 creators plan at CreatorHero that does not exist. Every figure on this page was read from the vendor\'s own pricing page on August 5, 2026, and the ones that are not published are marked as not published rather than guessed.
What FansAgent charges is deliberately outside all three models. Plans are $49, $149, and $399 a month, flat, covering your roster rather than billing per head, with no percentage of sales and no tier that moves when a creator has a good month. The $399 plan covers up to ten creator pages, which on a per-account tool priced at $40 would be $400 before anyone has earned anything. The reason we can price that way is that the agent does the work rather than reporting on it, so our costs track messages handled, not how much money you made.
If you are still shortlisting rather than budgeting, OnlyFans agency software covers the category itself, OnlyFans chat software is the same comparison for chat tools specifically, and the OnlyFans dashboard comparison explains what the per-account dashboards actually give you for the money. The agency commission question is a separate one, answered in how much OnlyFans agencies take, and Infloww pricing per creator profile takes the category leader apart line by line.
What it does for you
OnlyFans agency software pricing, the way it should work
Flat, not per creator
One price for the roster. Per-account tools bill you again for every creator you sign, so growth and cost rise together whether the new account works out or not.
No cut of your sales
No percentage, no success fee, no tier that moves when a creator has a good month. What you pay in January is what you pay in June.
Priced for work done
The agent writes and sends the replies rather than charting them, which is the part a per-seat CRM leaves you to staff yourself.
What you get
- Compare tools on the same unit before you buy
- See which vendors charge a percentage of sales
- Budget a roster instead of a per-head guess
- Spot the tiers that reprice when a creator grows
Your inbox, handled.
Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

| CreatorXone | EUR 1 per day per creator account, about EUR 30 a month, billed per day the account is used; each power-up such as the AI chat agent adds EUR 15 a month | Metered daily, add-ons priced separately | Agencies wanting to pay only for active accounts |
| FansMetric | $39 per linked account a month, or $99 for Pro, which adds trial and campaign link tracking and needs a Standard plan first | Flat per linked account | Agencies measuring promo spend against revenue |
| Infloww | $40 a month per OnlyFans creator profile; $40 Fansly, $50 MYM, $50 Fanvue | Flat per creator profile, per platform | Agencies already running shifts of human chatters |
| CreatorHero | $39.99 per creator a month plus a success fee that scales with revenue and stops at $260, so about $300 per creator maximum | Base fee plus capped success fee | Whale accounts, where the cap makes the percentage cheap |
| Chatterbox AI | No pricing published anywhere on the site | Quote only | Agencies willing to sit through a sales call |
Prices in this category change often and several vendors reprice quietly. Confirm on the vendor site before you buy, and treat any third-party listicle figure that the vendor does not publish itself as unverified.
