OnlyFans dashboard: the creator dashboard, agency dashboard and analytics in one place

Type onlyfans dashboard into Google and you get two different problems wearing the same word. Half the people searching want the native statistics page: where do I see my earnings, how many subscribers renewed, which post pulled. The other half manage more than one creator and want a single screen that covers all of them. The native dashboard answers the first question adequately and the second one not at all.

The short answer

The OnlyFans dashboard most people mean is the built-in one: the statistics page showing earnings by day, subscriber counts and post reach for a single account. It reports what happened, not why, and it stops at one account, which is why agencies buy a second dashboard on top. Third-party OnlyFans dashboards pull several creator accounts into one screen with fan records, chatter permissions, tracking links and revenue by source. Published prices in August 2026 run from free (OFManager, up to three accounts) through about $30 a month per creator (CreatorXone, billed at EUR 1 a day) to $39 or $99 per linked account (FansMetric) and $40 per profile (Infloww). FansAgent lives in the same screen but answers the DMs as well as counting them, flat at $49, $149, or $399 a month with no cut of your sales.

What OnlyFans gives you is per account and mostly backward-looking. Earnings by day, subscriber counts, top-line figures for posts and messages. There is no view across accounts, no fan record you can annotate, no way to see which promo link produced a subscriber, and no permissions layer for staff. Run three creators and you log in three times, then reconcile the numbers by hand in a spreadsheet that is out of date by Tuesday.

That gap is the entire third-party dashboard market. CreatorXone runs a browser extension that collects fan data, earnings, messages and vault contents from each account and syncs it to one dashboard daily, billed at one euro per day for each account it actually scrapes. FansMetric charges $39 a month per linked account for earnings metrics, mass messaging and scripts, or $99 for campaign and trial link tracking on top. OFManager gives creators a free desktop dashboard covering up to three accounts. Infloww and OnlyMonster sell the same category with chatter management in front of it.

Here is the thing worth deciding before you pay for any of them. A dashboard reports, it does not act. Every one of these tools will show you that a fan who spent $400 last quarter has gone quiet, and every one of them will still be showing you that same fact next week, because reading the chart and then writing the message is a job somebody has to do. FansAgent is built the other way round. It watches the same signals, then writes the reply in your voice, times the pay-per-view to the fan rather than the calendar, and reaches out to a lapsing subscriber before the rebill date passes. The numbers are there when you want them. You are just not the one who has to act on every one of them at 2am.

What it does for you

OnlyFans dashboard, the way it should work

Every account on one screen

Fans, earnings, message history and offers for all your creators in a single view, instead of three logins and a spreadsheet you update on Sundays.

It acts on what it shows

A quiet whale is not just a red number on a chart. The agent writes the reply, in your voice, while the fan is still worth winning back.

Flat pricing, not per account

Plans are $49, $149, and $399 a month. Per-account dashboards bill you again for every creator you add, and some take a percentage on top.

What you get

  • See earnings and fans across every creator account
  • Stop reconciling three logins in a spreadsheet
  • Catch a lapsing subscriber before the rebill date passes
  • Give chatters access without handing over the password

Your inbox, handled.

Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

The native OnlyFans dashboard is in this table because it is free and it is what most people mean by the term. Where another tool beats us at a job, the row says so.

Questions about your onlyfans dashboard

It is the statistics area inside your OnlyFans account, reached from the profile menu on web or the app. It shows earnings by day and by type, subscriber counts including new and expired, and engagement on your posts and messages. It covers one account and reports history rather than suggesting what to do next.
Open your OnlyFans account, go to Statistics, then Earnings. You can break the total down by subscriptions, tips, messages and referrals, and set a custom date range. Payouts appear separately under the banking area, and the figures shown are net of the platform fee, so they will not match your gross sales.
Not with the native dashboard, which is limited to the account you are signed into. Managing several creators in one view requires a third-party tool. OFManager is free for up to three accounts, CreatorXone bills about EUR 30 a month per creator, and FansMetric charges $39 per linked account. FansAgent covers up to ten creator pages on its $399 plan.
There is no official one. Agency dashboards are all built by third parties and add what agencies actually need on top of the native statistics: fan records across creators, chatter permissions and shift tracking, payroll, tracking links that attribute a subscriber to a promo, and revenue reporting by creator and by chatter.
Earnings totals by source and date range, subscriber counts with new, renewed and expired splits, post views and likes, and basic message statistics. What it does not give you is per-fan spending history, pay-per-view conversion by offer, reply-time data, or any signal that a paying subscriber is about to lapse.
As of August 2026, published prices run from free to about $99 per account a month. OFManager is free for three accounts, CreatorXone bills EUR 1 a day per account, FansMetric is $39 or $99 per linked account, Infloww is $40 per profile, and OnlyMonster runs $30 to $250 depending on that account's earnings. FansAgent is flat at $49, $149, or $399.
Account access is the real risk in this category, and most of these tools work by holding a session for your account. Prefer a tool that logs every action, lets you keep approval on outgoing messages, and lets you revoke access instantly. The bigger everyday danger is handing a raw password to a chatter, which a permissions layer is meant to remove.
