The short answer
The best OnlyFans automation tool depends on which job you want off your plate. If the problem is fans waiting hours for a reply, you need software that writes and sends DMs itself: Substy, Supercreator Super AI or FansAgent. If your chatters already cover the inbox and you want them faster, a CRM with triggered messages and reply suggestions, such as Infloww, CreatorHero or OnlyMonster, does that job. Most "OnlyFans automation" sold today is the second kind. It fires prewritten messages on triggers and leaves the actual conversation to a person.
We read the pricing pages and help centers of the main vendors on 28 September 2026 and sorted what each one really automates. The tables below are the result, followed by what automation costs on a five creator roster.
What can you actually automate on OnlyFans?
"Automation" covers five very different jobs, and the tools are not interchangeable. A welcome message sequence and an AI that closes a PPV sale at 2am both get called automation, but only one of them replaces a shift.
| What gets automated | What it does | Typical tools | What a person still does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Triggered messages | Sends a prewritten message when something happens: a new subscriber, a birthday, a subscription about to expire, a fan coming online | OnlyFans welcome message, Infloww Smart Messages, CreatorHero, Substy welcome automation | Everything after the fan replies |
| Mass messages and sequences | Schedules a message or a PPV to a list, or runs a timed funnel of several messages | Infloww, Supercreator Message Flow, CreatorHero, Substy Pro | Writes the copy, picks the list, answers the replies it creates |
| Reply suggestions | Proposes replies inside the chat window for a chatter to pick, edit and send | Infloww AI Copilot, CreatorHero script auto completion | Reads every chat and presses send |
| AI that sends replies | Reads the conversation and fan history, writes the reply and sends it, often with approval rules | FansAgent, Substy, Supercreator Super AI | Sets the voice, the price bands and which chats need approval |
| Scripts and scrapers | Unofficial code that logs in as you to post or message | Open source projects on GitHub and PyPI | Maintains the code and carries the account risk |
That last row deserves a warning. Tools such as OnlySnarf describe themselves as automating OnlyFans by interacting with the site through web scraping. There is no public OnlyFans API behind them, so they break when the site changes, and a script that logs in as you is the kind of activity that gets accounts flagged. For a page that pays the bills, the risk is not worth the saving.
OnlyFans automation software compared
Here is what each vendor automates, who ends up writing the replies, and the published price. Prices are per creator account a month unless marked, read from each vendor's own pricing page. Most of them now step up with what the creator earns.
| Tool | What it automates | Who writes the fan replies | Published price |
|---|---|---|---|
| FansAgent | Every DM reply in the creator's trained voice, PPV offers per fan inside your price bands, win back of fans going quiet | The AI writes and sends. Approval can stay on for any fan or conversation | 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month flat. Studio covers up to 10 pages, no share of sales |
| Substy | Full AI chatting on every plan. Starter automates the welcome message only, Pro adds mass DMs, dynamic lists and 6 automations, Elite unlocks all automations and a hybrid AI plus human mode | The AI, in normal, aggressive or slow modes | 0, 69 or 99 dollars plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of AI net sales |
| Supercreator Super AI | Bump Fans (a message the moment a fan comes online), an AutoFollower for expired fans, Message Flow sequences, Super Mass Message with AI pricing, and its AI chatter | The AI, with 2,000 to 6,000 AI messages a month included by rung and extra messages at 3 cents or less | 99 to 299 dollars by creator earnings plus 5 percent of AI net sales. 14 day trial, no card |
| Infloww | Smart Messages on seven triggers (birthday, expired, nearing expiry, resubscribe, purchased, delayed welcome, nudge when online), priority mass messages, message sequences with auto unsend, auto follow | Your chatters. AI Copilot suggests three replies at 1 cent of credit each and a person sends | 40 to 500 dollars per profile by creator earnings |
| CreatorHero | Welcome and follow up messages with time delays, automatic follow ups to fans who saw a PPV and did not buy, win back of expiring fans, mass messages to online fans | Your chatters, helped by script auto completion and AI chat summaries | From 39.99 dollars plus a success fee that rises with creator revenue |
| OnlyMonster | Follow ups and routine workflow, with an AI Assistant listed for OnlyFans | Your chatters, with AI assistance | 30 to 250 dollars per account by 30 day earnings |
The pattern is clear once it is laid out. Infloww, CreatorHero and OnlyMonster automate everything around the conversation and very little of the conversation itself. Substy and Supercreator automate the conversation and charge a share of what their AI sells. FansAgent automates the conversation on a flat fee. Which of those is cheap depends entirely on how much the AI ends up selling, which the cost section below works through.
Which OnlyFans automation tools reply to fans without a chatter?
Only the AI chatting tools. A triggered message goes out once and then waits. When the fan answers "hey, what's in the new set?", a CRM with Smart Messages or follow up sequences has nothing more to say until a person picks up the chat. That is fine at 2pm with a chatter on shift. At 3am it is a paying fan talking to nobody.
Tools that send replies themselves close that gap, and the thing to check is control. Substy offers modes that change how hard its AI sells and a hybrid mode on its top plan that hands chats to a human. Supercreator's plan lists guardrails and restricted words. FansAgent lets you keep approval on per fan or per conversation, so a regular who spends 500 dollars a month waits for a human while routine chats run on their own. Our OnlyFans automation software page goes through that setup step by step, and the OnlyFans AI chatbot page covers how the creator's voice is trained from real messages.
If your agency is on Infloww, it is worth knowing exactly where its AI stops. We read its help center for Infloww AI Copilot compared with an AI that sends: a chatter chooses one of four reply types, gets three suggestions, edits one and presses send. It is a good tool for a chatter. It does not reply on its own.
Triggered messages and AI replies do different jobs
You probably want both. Triggered messages are cheap, predictable and good at the moments that are the same for every fan: the welcome, the birthday, the nudge before a subscription lapses. Infloww even ranks its triggers, so a fan who qualifies for several gets only one, with birthday first and the online nudge last. CreatorHero's follow up to fans who opened a PPV and did not buy is one of the more useful automations in the category, because it targets people who already showed interest.
Where triggered messages fail is the second message. A welcome that gets a reply has done its job and now needs someone to continue the chat, price a custom request or decide whether this fan is ready for a PPV. That is the part that costs chatter hours, and it is the part an AI that sends replies takes over. Mass messages have the same shape. A mass PPV to 3,000 fans can produce 200 replies in an hour, and OnlyFans mass message software that also answers those replies keeps the sales the blast created. The same logic applies to pay-per-view: OnlyFans PPV automation that decides per fan when to send and at what price sells more than a scheduled unlock to the whole list. For fans who have already drifted, re-engaging lapsed fans one by one converts better than another scheduled blast.
What about Zapier, n8n and custom scripts?
They connect less than people hope. OnlyFans has no public API, so there is no official trigger for "new message" or "new subscriber" to hang a Zap on, and the n8n templates you find online depend on unofficial wrappers. We tested what actually connects in OnlyFans Zapier, Make and n8n automation. The honest summary: automation tools are useful around OnlyFans, not inside it. Exporting sales from your CRM into a spreadsheet, posting a daily revenue summary to your team chat, or feeding payouts into your books all work. If you want those exports to flow into the rest of your stack without hand copying, a data integration platform that connects your apps and APIs handles that side, while the chat itself stays with software built for it.
How much does OnlyFans automation cost for five creators?
Take a five creator roster where each page earns 3,000 dollars a month, and assume the AI is credited with 1,000 dollars of chat sales per page. These are published prices read on 28 September 2026 (Infloww's ladder on 17 September), so check them before you buy.
| Setup | Software | Share of AI sales | Chatters still needed | Software total a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Infloww plus chatters | 70 dollars x 5 = 350 | None | Yes, every shift | 350 plus the chat team |
| OnlyMonster plus chatters | 40 dollars x 5 = 200 | None | Yes, every shift | 200 plus the chat team |
| Substy Pro | 69 dollars x 5 = 345 | 10 percent of 5,000 = 500 | Optional | 845 |
| Supercreator Super AI | 119 dollars x 5 = 595 | 5 percent of 5,000 = 250 | Optional | 845 |
| FansAgent Studio | 399 dollars flat for up to 10 pages | None | Optional | 399 |
The CRM rows look cheapest until you add the people. Covering five pages around the clock with human chatters is the largest line in almost every agency budget, and what OnlyFans chatters cost puts real numbers on it. On the AI rows, the commission grows with success: if the AI sells 3,000 dollars per page instead of 1,000, Substy Pro rises to 1,845 and Supercreator Super AI to 1,345, while a flat fee stays flat. The full rungs are on Supercreator pricing and Substy pricing.
Which OnlyFans automation tool should you buy?
You have a trained chat team and want them faster. Buy a CRM with good triggers and suggestions. Infloww has the deepest trigger set and multi platform support, CreatorHero automates follow ups to fans who opened a PPV and did not buy, and OnlyMonster is cheaper than Infloww at every earnings bracket.
You want fewer chatter hours, and you are fine sharing sales. Substy and Supercreator Super AI both write and send, and both take a percentage of what the AI sells. That suits pages where you expect the AI to sell little, because the commission stays small.
You want fewer chatter hours on a fixed bill. FansAgent writes and sends in each creator's voice for 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month with no share of sales, across OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. The more the AI sells, the better that trade looks against a commission. You can test it on one creator in the tool at the top of this page before moving a roster.
Can you automate OnlyFans messages?
Yes. OnlyFans itself lets you set a welcome message and schedule posts and mass messages, and third party software adds triggered messages, sequences and AI that replies to individual DMs. What OnlyFans does not offer is any built in way to answer a fan's DM automatically. Every tool that does that works through the creator's own account, so pick one that keeps a person accountable for what is sent.
Is there an OnlyFans automation app that works on autopilot?
Partly. AI chatting tools can run conversations without a chatter on shift, but none of the reputable ones recommends leaving every chat unattended. The sensible setup is autopilot for routine chats, approval for high spenders and custom requests, and triggered messages for welcomes and renewals. That gives most of the time saving while a person still owns the conversations that carry the most money.
