OnlyFans PPV Tracking Software and the Best PPV Tracking Tools for Agencies

Seven OnlyFans CRMs checked in their own help centers for PPV tracking: per fan purchase history, unlock rate per chatter, already sent vault labels and revenue per item. Only one tracks revenue per file, and it only started in August.

The short answer

The best OnlyFans PPV tracking software for an agency is the one that answers three questions without a spreadsheet: which fan bought what, which chatter sold it, and which piece of content actually earns. Of the seven tools we checked in their own help centers on 26 September 2026, Infloww goes deepest, with sent count, unlock rate and revenue for every media file in its vault. CreatorHero has a dedicated PPV Tracking page with purchase rate and net revenue per PPV message and per vault folder. OnlyMonster, FansMetric and Supercreator cover per fan history and per chatter sales well but stop short of revenue per item.

Tracking tells you what happened. It does not send the next offer at the right moment. That second job is where most agencies lose money, and it is covered further down. First, the comparison.

Every cell below was read from the vendor's own help center, docs or pricing page, not from a review site. Where a vendor documents a limit on its own tracking, we include it, because those limits decide whether the numbers can be used to pay commission.

Its docs say this does not work with Super MassBy PPV price, not by itemCRM Premium 15 to 249 dollars per account by earnings. Chatter analytics need CRM Premium or Super AI
SubstyUnlock rate per employee on Pro and EliteNot documented for human chattersPer script funnel: sent, paid, unlock rate, revenue per send, on paid plansStarter 0, Pro 69, Elite 99 dollars per creator, plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of AI sales
CreatorboostNone. It is an AI reply extension, not an analytics toolYes, on OnlyFans only: not sent, sent, opened, purchasedNo25 or 59 dollars per account a month, 19 or 49 billed yearly

Two patterns stand out. Every one of these tools can show a chatter which fan already bought a video, so the classic mistake of reselling the same set to a regular is solved almost everywhere. What separates them is item level revenue. Only Infloww tells you that one specific video has earned more than any other file in the vault, and even Infloww only started counting on 27 August 2026.

What should OnlyFans PPV tracking software show?

It should show four numbers an owner can act on: the purchase history of each fan, the unlock rate of each chatter, the revenue of each piece of content, and the result of each mass message. With those four you can price the next offer, pay commission fairly, retire content that stopped selling and stop blasting lists that no longer buy.

Per fan history is the one chatters use every hour. A fan who has bought four sets at 25 dollars and ignored every 40 dollar offer is telling you his price. Infloww, CreatorHero, OnlyMonster, FansMetric and Supercreator all show the fan's PPV timeline with buy rate and highest price paid. Infloww adds a caveat worth knowing before you migrate: total spend only counts from the day the creator was added to Infloww, so history from your old tool does not come across.

Unlock rate per chatter is the one owners use at the end of the week. It is PPVs bought divided by PPVs sent, and it separates a chatter who sells from one who spams. Infloww, OnlyMonster, FansMetric and CreatorHero all report it directly. Supercreator reports PPVs sold and chat conversion rather than a sent versus bought ratio.

Which tools credit a PPV sale to the right chatter?

All of them try, and they use different rules, which is why two tools can report different sales for the same chatter on the same day. Infloww lets you choose between shift schedule, message sender, or the employee who sent the last message before the fan paid. Supercreator credits the chatter active at the time of purchase. OnlyMonster offers message sender, last active member or a cents fingerprint on the price.

Mass messages are where attribution breaks. OnlyMonster's own docs say sales from mass messages and welcome messages cannot be attributed automatically and have to be assigned by hand. CreatorHero assigns mass message PPVs to the chatter who started the send. If your chatters are paid a percentage and a large share of revenue comes from mass PPV, test this on one creator during the trial before you commit the roster.

Which tool tracks revenue per PPV item?

Infloww is the only one of the seven that documents revenue per individual media file. Its Vault Pro statistics show sent count, unlock count, unlock rate and gross revenue for each file, with folder summaries you can sort by revenue. Infloww states three limits itself: the data starts on 27 August 2026, OnlyFans mass message activity is excluded, and a bundle's sale price is attributed to every file in the bundle.

CreatorHero gets close from a different angle. Its PPV Tracking page groups results by OnlyFans vault folder and by PPV message, with sent, bought, purchase rate, net revenue and average net price, and exports to CSV. If you organise the vault by set, that is often the view you actually want. Substy does something similar for its scripted funnels, showing revenue per send for each step.

Does OnlyFans track PPV purchases itself?

Partly. OnlyFans' own creator statistics show earnings by type and let you find your highest earning mass message, and the engagement view counts purchases on messages. What it does not give an agency is the per chatter split, per fan buy rate or already sent labels, because OnlyFans has no concept of a chat team. That gap is the whole reason this category of software exists. OnlyFans' help pages were not readable to us, so we cannot quote its exact columns.

What does PPV tracking cost for a five creator roster?

At the entry rung, with each creator on the lowest earnings band: OnlyMonster is 150 dollars a month, FansMetric 195, Infloww 200, CreatorHero about 200 before its revenue component, and Supercreator 345 once creators earn more than 1,000 dollars a month (CRM Premium moves from 15 to 69 dollars per account at that point). Substy Pro, which unlocks employee unlock rates, is 345 dollars plus 10 percent of whatever its AI sells. Most of these prices rise as each creator earns more, so check the band your roster actually sits in. Our Infloww pricing breakdown and OnlyMonster pricing page work through every rung.

None of those figures include the chatters, and that is the larger bill. Tracking software measures the people who send the PPVs. You still pay them to send.

Tracking PPV is not the same as selling it

Every dashboard above looks backwards. It can tell you on Monday that a fan who buys at 2am was offered a set at 4pm on Saturday and ignored it. By then the moment is gone. Agencies usually respond by adding a night shift or scheduling another mass message, and the mass message is the send that tracking shows converting worst.

FansAgent works the other half. It keeps the same per fan record (what each person bought, at what price, and when they last spoke) and uses it in the conversation itself: it answers the DM in the creator's voice, notices when a fan is warm, and offers the right piece at the price that fan has paid before. It skips anything he already owns. Our OnlyFans PPV automation software page covers how the timing works, with approval mode so a person signs off before an offer goes out. Pricing is flat at 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month with no cut of what it sells.

Many agencies run both: a CRM with strong reporting for the human team, and an agent covering the hours nobody is awake. If you also buy traffic to trial links, a marketing dashboard that unifies every ad channel keeps the acquisition side in one view, so a PPV report can be read next to what each subscriber cost to bring in.

Which one should you buy?

If item level revenue matters most and you are starting fresh, Infloww's Vault Pro statistics are the most complete, as long as you accept that history starts in late August 2026 and mass messages sit outside them. If you want PPV results by folder with a CSV export at a low base price, CreatorHero. If budget is tight at low earnings, OnlyMonster has the cheapest entry rung and clear green and red vault labels, and it now reports view, unlock and purchase rates on OnlyFans mass messages. If commission disputes are your problem, pick by attribution rule, and test mass message crediting during the trial.

If the real problem is that PPV goes unsent overnight, tracking will only confirm it. That is the job for an agent. For the broader picture, see our OnlyFans analytics software page, and the mass message best practices guide for the send side that tracking so often flags.
