Fansly mass message software for automated mass DMs and mass PPV that answer every reply

Fansly mass messaging is where a lot of a page's pay-per-view money comes from, and it is also where most pages lose fans. One send to the whole list is quick. Sending the right offer to the fans who will actually open it, then answering everyone who replies, is the part that takes a team.

The short answer

Fansly has a built-in mass message tool that targets subscribers by tier, expired subscribers, followers and your own lists, locks media behind a price, schedules sends and unsends them, and reports Sent, Viewed, Purchases and Earned for each message. It has no spend filter and it does not answer the replies a send creates. Fansly mass message software adds the targeting and the follow-up. FansAgent groups fans by what they have bought and how recently they talked to you, drafts each send in the creator's voice for your approval, then answers every reply, for a flat $49, $149 or $399 a month with no cut of Fansly sales.

Start with what Fansly already gives you, because it is more than most creators use. The mass message composer (Messages, the envelope icon, New Mass Message) lets you include subscribers by a single tier or all tiers, with auto-renew on or off, include expired subscribers and followers, include or exclude your own lists, exclude individual users, and exclude anyone who is offline right now. You can lock media behind a price, and because Fansly uses the same permission system as posts, one message can charge subscribers one price and non-subscribers another. You can schedule the send in your own time zone, edit or delete it before it goes, and unsend it later from Broadcast Message Stats, which also shows Sent, Viewed, Purchases and Earned for every message. Fans see no label that marks a message as a mass send.

What the native tool does not do is decide anything. There is no spend filter in the audience picker. The workaround Fansly documents is to open a piece of media, use Add Buyers to List, and then target that list, one list at a time. Fansly also quietly skips fans who have not been active recently, and it does not publish the threshold. And the tool stops the moment the message leaves: every reply, every question about the set, every fan who says maybe later, lands back in the inbox for someone to answer.

That last part is where the cost sits. A mass PPV to a list of a few thousand fans produces dozens or hundreds of replies inside an hour, many of them late at night in US time zones. Fansly keeps 20 percent of every sale, the same cut OnlyFans takes, so the money you make from a send depends almost entirely on how fast and how well those replies get handled. A chatting agency charges a share of those sales to do it. A CRM gives your own chatters a faster inbox to do it in. Neither one removes the shift.

FansAgent is built for the whole loop. It groups fans by what they have bought, how recently they talked to you and what they respond to, drafts the offer for each group in the creator's own voice, and then works the replies one by one, following up with buyers and with the fans who passed. You set the voice, the price bands and the boundaries. The agent drafts and you approve, and you can take over any conversation at any time. On a roster, each creator gets a separately trained voice, and the Studio plan covers up to ten pages for a flat 399 dollars a month with no cut of your Fansly sales.

Approval matters more on Fansly than on most platforms, and not only for quality. Fansly's terms of service, last updated July 21, 2026, prohibit content where AI systems interact with users to generate personalized responses without human oversight, and content that presents AI output as a human performance. So the safe setup for any AI written message on Fansly, mass or one to one, is a person who reviews what goes out. FansAgent keeps approval mode on by default for exactly that reason, and it works through the access you choose to give it rather than a shared password.

If you are comparing tools, the table below shows how each one handles Fansly mass messages and what it costs. Most CRMs in this category started on OnlyFans and treat Fansly as a second platform, and several that sell AI chatting on OnlyFans do not support Fansly at all.

What it does for you

Fansly mass message software, the way it should work

Targets by what fans bought

Fansly has no spend filter in the audience picker. The agent groups fans by purchases, recency and interest, so a 30 dollar set goes to buyers, not the whole list.

Answers every reply

A mass send creates a wave of replies at the worst hour. The agent answers each one in the creator's voice and follows up with buyers and with fans who passed.

Human approval, the Fansly way

Fansly's terms ban AI replies without human oversight. Approval mode is on by default, so a person signs off on what goes out, and you can take over any chat.

What you get

  • Send each offer to the fans most likely to buy
  • Write every send in the creator's own voice
  • Answer the replies a mass PPV creates, day or night
  • Run a whole Fansly roster on one flat plan

Your inbox, handled.

Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

Questions about Fansly mass messages

Open Messages, click the envelope icon (or the blue bubble on mobile) and choose New Mass Message. Pick the audience with the include and exclude options, optionally schedule it, add text, media and a price if you want it locked, then press Send. Fansly Help Center walks through the same steps in its Mass Messages article.
Use the audience options in the composer. You can include one subscription tier or all tiers, subscribers with auto-renew on or off, expired subscribers and followers, include or exclude your own lists, and exclude individual users or anyone offline. To target buyers of a set, open that media, use Add Buyers to List, then send to the list.
Go to Broadcast Message Stats and click the trashcan next to the message. Fansly removes it from every recipient's inbox. Anything a fan already bought stays in their Purchases folder, so unsending cannot take back a paid unlock. Scheduled sends that have not gone out yet can be edited or deleted from the scheduled list instead.
Yes. The calendar icon next to Schedule Mass Message sets a date, hour and minute, always in your own time zone, with quick options such as seven days ahead. Scheduled messages can be reviewed, edited or deleted before they send. Scheduling moves the send to a better hour, but it does not decide who should get it.
Yes. Mass messages use the same media permissions as posts, so you can lock photos or video behind a price, and you can set different prices for subscribers and non-subscribers in the same message. Fansly's help articles put the price range at 1 dollar up to about 500 dollars per item.
Not from a label. Fansly says there is no tag on the fan's side that marks a message as a mass send or an automated message. Fans still notice when a message ignores everything they have said before, which is why generic blasts to the whole list tend to lose subscribers over time.
It depends on who you want writing the messages. Infloww, OnlyMonster, CreatorXone and FansMetric give your own chatters a faster Fansly inbox. fansly-api.com suits a team with a developer. FansAgent is the option that drafts each send and answers the replies in the creator's voice, on a flat fee with approval on.
Published prices on 25 September 2026: Infloww 40 to 500 dollars per Fansly profile a month by earnings, OnlyMonster 30 to 250 per account, FansMetric 39 per linked account, CreatorXone 1 euro per creator per day, fansly-api.com 69 dollars for one account. FansAgent is a flat 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month.
Fansly does not publish an official public API. fansly-api.com is a third-party service run by Fans Holdings OÜ, which states it is not affiliated with Fansly. Its mass messaging endpoints can send, schedule, edit and cancel mass messages, but the recipient group must already exist in the Fansly dashboard.
Fansly has native automated messages and scheduled mass messages, so automation as such is allowed. Its terms prohibit bots that fake engagement, scrapers that ignore its robot rules, and AI that talks to fans without human oversight. Keep a person approving AI written messages, and read the current terms before connecting any tool.
Open Creator Dashboard, then Messages, then Broadcast Message Stats. Each mass message shows its date and time, how many fans it was sent to, how many viewed it, how many purchases it made and what it earned. Individual media also has View Stats for total sales and pending sales still in the seven day processing period.
