Fansly CRM tools for agencies and creators compared

If you run Fansly pages as a business, the CRM question is really two questions. Who keeps the record of each fan, and who actually writes the replies at 3am.

The short answer

A Fansly CRM keeps a record of every fan on a Fansly page (spend, lists, notes, last contact) and gives a team one place to work the inbox. We checked eleven vendors at source on 26 September 2026. Supercreator, CreatorHero and Substy do not support Fansly anywhere on their sites or in their help centers. Infloww, FansMetric, CreatorXone and OnlyMonster do, for human chatter teams. Four newer tools are built for Fansly first: FBuddy (20 dollars per creator), Usly, Many-Fans (AI chat, 39 to 499 dollars) and Creatorboost. FansAgent answers Fansly DMs in the creator's voice for a flat 49 to 399 dollars a month, with no percentage of sales.

Fansly is not a side platform any more, but most OnlyFans software still treats it like one. We read the homepage, pricing page and help center of eleven tools on 26 September 2026. Supercreator (51 help articles), CreatorHero (92) and Substy (354) do not mention Fansly once in their help centers, and their marketing sites only mention it in blog posts comparing the two platforms. If your roster mixes OnlyFans and Fansly creators, those three are out as a single tool before price even comes up.

The tools that do support Fansly split into two groups. The first is the big multi platform CRMs. Infloww added Fansly on the same earnings ladder it uses for OnlyFans, 40 to 500 dollars per profile a month. FansMetric charges 39 dollars per linked OnlyFans or Fansly account, or 99 with marketing attribution, and its AI Chatter is in private beta with no published price. CreatorXone bills 1 euro per creator per day and says in its own schema that its AI drafts replies and a person sends them. OnlyMonster supports the Fansly inbox, templates, roles and shifts through its own browser, per its docs, while its AI Assistant is listed for OnlyFans only. All four are built around paid human chatters.

The second group is newer tools made for Fansly first. FBuddy is a Chrome extension plus a desktop CRM for Mac, Windows and Linux at 20 dollars per creator a month, with embedded Fansly views, smart lists, auto messages, restricted words and an employee message log. Usly is a desktop app priced by each creator's gross monthly revenue, from 0 to 149.99 dollars, with proxies and one click script sending. Many-Fans is an AI chatter that runs through a browser extension, Fansly only for now, at 39 to 499 dollars a month flat. Creatorboost suggests AI replies that a chatter sends, per account, on OnlyFans or Fansly.

FansAgent sits where the CRM and the chatter meet. It keeps the fan record (what each person bought, when they last spoke, what they like) and uses it to write and send the replies in the creator's own voice, trained on their past messages. On Fansly we recommend leaving approval mode switched on: the Fansly terms, last updated 21 July 2026, bar AI interacting with users without human oversight, so a person should stay in charge of what goes out. The agent drafts in seconds, you approve from your phone, and a 3am message still gets its answer while the fan is awake.

Pricing is flat: 49 dollars a month for one page, 149 for a working creator, 399 for Studio with up to ten pages across OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. Fansly already keeps 20 percent of every sale. We do not take a second slice.

What it does for you

Fansly CRM, the way it should work

It answers, not just files

A CRM that only records fans still needs a chatter awake at 3am. FansAgent uses the fan record to draft and send every Fansly reply in the creator's voice within seconds.

Built for the Fansly rules

Approval mode stays on by default, so a person signs off on what goes out, which is what the Fansly terms ask for. No shared passwords, and payouts are never touched.

Flat fee, no commission

Plans are 49, 149 and 399 dollars a month. Fansly already keeps 20 percent of sales, and we do not take a second slice of what the agent sells.

What you get

  • Reply to every Fansly DM in seconds, day or night
  • Keep a record of each fan's spend, interests and last contact
  • Time PPV per fan instead of blasting the whole list
  • Run OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue pages on one fee

Your inbox, handled.

Pick your voice, see the agent draft an on-brand reply and a tasteful upsell, and watch the revenue land. Quick to set up, you stay in control.

Good to know

Questions about a Fansly CRM

It depends on who writes the DMs. For a chatter team on an established multi platform tool, Infloww (40 to 500 dollars per profile by earnings) or FansMetric (39 dollars per account) both support Fansly. For a cheap Fansly only desk, FBuddy is 20 dollars per creator. For AI that answers in each creator's voice on a flat fee, FansAgent runs 49 to 399 dollars a month.
Yes. Infloww added Fansly as a supported platform and prices it on the same creator earnings ladder it uses for OnlyFans, from 40 to 500 dollars per profile a month. The Fansly plan is built for human chatters working a shared inbox with roles and shifts. Check its pricing page for the rung your creator's earnings fall on before you compare.
No. On 26 September 2026 Supercreator named no Fansly support on its site, and none of the 51 articles in its help center mention Fansly. The only Fansly pages on its domain are blog guides about the platform itself. CreatorHero (92 help articles) and Substy (354) were the same. For a mixed OnlyFans and Fansly roster, none of the three works as a single tool.
Yes, several. FBuddy is a Fansly only extension and desktop CRM at 20 dollars per creator a month. Usly is a Fansly model management app priced by creator revenue from 0 to 149.99 dollars. Many-Fans is a Fansly first AI assistant at 39 to 499 dollars a month. All three are small, newer vendors, so check terms and support before moving a whole roster.
Yes. Fansly has Management Sessions: the creator picks which permissions to grant, sends a single use login link, and payouts and account closure always stay restricted. Editing sensitive settings needs two factor authentication. That is the platform's own route for delegated access, and it is safer than any tool that asks the creator to share a password.
The Fansly terms, last updated 21 July 2026, do not ban software outright, but they bar AI interacting with users without human oversight and content that passes AI output off as a human performance. The practical reading: a CRM or AI drafting tool is fine if a person stays in charge of what is sent. That is why FansAgent keeps approval mode on for Fansly pages.
On 26 September 2026: FBuddy 20 dollars per creator, FansMetric 39 or 99 per account, CreatorXone 1 euro per creator per day, OnlyMonster 30 to 250, Infloww 40 to 500 per profile by earnings, Usly 0 to 149.99 by revenue, Many-Fans 39 to 499 a month. Most of those still need paid chatters. FansAgent is 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month flat.
FBuddy CRM is 100 dollars and FansMetric Standard 195, before paying the chatters who answer. CreatorXone is about 150 euros over a 30 day month. Infloww is at least 200 dollars and climbs with each creator's earnings. FansAgent Studio is 399 dollars flat for up to ten pages, with no commission and no chatter wages behind it.
Many-Fans writes and can send Fansly replies itself, starting in approval mode. Creatorboost and CreatorXone suggest replies that a person sends. FansMetric's AI Chatter is in private beta, and OnlyMonster lists its AI Assistant for OnlyFans only. FansAgent drafts and sends in each creator's trained voice, with approval mode on by default for Fansly.
No. FansAgent is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fansly. Fansly is named only to describe the platform the agent works with. Each creator keeps their own account and fan list, and you can pause the agent or take over any chat at any time.
