The short answer
The cheapest OnlyFans CRM on paper is Supercreator CRM Lite, which is free for up to 10 accounts but has no AI and only basic tools. The cheapest paid CRM for a typical page is FansMetric at a flat 39 dollars per linked account, followed by Chatterly and OnlyMonster, which both start lower but climb with what each creator earns. Infloww and CreatorHero are the most expensive once pages earn more than a few thousand dollars a month. Every one of those prices buys software for your chatters, though, not the chatting itself, so the real bill is the CRM plus the people who work the inbox.
Below is what each tool costs at three real roster sizes, read from each vendor's own pricing page, and then the number most comparisons leave out.
What does an OnlyFans CRM cost at 1, 5 and 10 creators?
Most OnlyFans CRMs now price per creator account, and most of them tie that price to what the creator earns. That makes a single "from" price almost useless. The table fixes three roster shapes and prices each one. A solo page earning 3,000 dollars a month, a small agency with five creators at 3,000 each, and a ten creator roster at 8,000 each.
| CRM | How it prices | 1 creator at 3,000 | 5 creators at 3,000 | 10 creators at 8,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supercreator CRM Lite | Free up to 10 accounts, basic tools, no AI | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Supercreator CRM Premium | 15 dollars under 1,000 of earnings, then 69, 149 or 249 per account by earnings. 14 day trial, no card | 69 | 345 | 690 |
| FansMetric | 39 dollars per linked OnlyFans or Fansly account, or 99 with marketing attribution | 39 | 195 | 390 |
| CreatorXone | 1 euro per creator per connected day | about 30 euros | about 150 euros | about 300 euros |
| Chatterly | 20 to 200 dollars per creator by monthly net revenue (35 from 1,000 to 5,000, 60 from 5,000 to 10,000) | 35 | 175 | 600 |
| OnlyMonster | 30 to 250 dollars per account by 30 day earnings (40 from 2,500 to 5,000, 50 from 5,000 to 10,000) | 40 | 200 | 500 |
| Infloww | 40 to 500 dollars per profile by creator earnings (70 from 2,000 to 5,000, 125 from 7,500 to 10,000) | 70 | 350 | 1,250 |
| CreatorHero | 39.99 base plus a success fee, 39.99 to 299.99 per creator (119.99 up to 5,000, 159.99 up to 10,000) | 119.99 | 599.95 | 1,599.90 |
| FansAgent | Flat. Pro 149 dollars for one page with the fan CRM, Studio 399 for up to 10 pages. AI writes the replies | 149 | 399 | 399 |
All figures are dollars a month unless marked. Supercreator, FansMetric, Chatterly and OnlyMonster were read from their pricing pages on 27 September 2026, Infloww on 17 September by stepping through its earnings selector, CreatorHero on 1 September and rechecked against its homepage on 26 September, CreatorXone from its own product schema on 26 September. Brackets are per creator, so a good month can push a page up a rung and the bill with it.
Read the table from left to right and the ranking changes. On one page the paid options sit between 35 and 120 dollars, and the gap barely matters. On a ten creator roster of real earners it runs from 390 dollars on FansMetric to almost 1,600 on CreatorHero, a four times spread for software that does broadly the same job: a shared inbox, fan notes and spend, vault labels, chatter roles and stats.
Is there a free OnlyFans CRM?
Yes. Supercreator CRM Lite is free for up to 10 accounts and it is a genuine tier, not a trial. It covers the basic tools and has no AI. Supercreator uses it to move accounts onto CRM Premium, which adds its chat copilot and analytics for 15 to 249 dollars per account. Substy's Starter plan also has no monthly fee, but it takes 15 percent of the net sales its AI closes, so it is free only until the AI starts selling.
There are also downloads that call themselves free OnlyFans CRMs and bundle other "free" offers. We leave those out, because an agency putting creator logins into a tool should know exactly who runs it and how it makes money.
Is Infloww free?
No. Infloww offers a 7 day free trial with no credit card, and agencies with seven or more creators switching from another paid CRM can apply for a 60 day CRM Transition Program. After that it is 40 to 500 dollars per OnlyFans or Fansly profile a month, set by what each creator earns, and 50 dollars per profile on MYM and Fanvue.
How much is Infloww per month?
It depends on each creator's earnings. A profile earning under 500 dollars a month is 40 dollars, 2,000 to 5,000 is 70, 7,500 to 10,000 is 125, and 15,000 to 30,000 is 225, rising to 500 at the top. The step at 10,000 dollars is the one agencies feel: crossing it moves a profile from 125 to 175 dollars in one go. The full ladder is on our Infloww pricing page.
Is Supercreator free?
Partly. CRM Lite is free for up to 10 accounts with no AI. CRM Premium and Super AI are paid, and the pricing page FAQ now offers 14 days of the paid features free with no credit card required. Super AI costs 99 to 299 dollars per account by earnings plus 5 percent of the net sales its AI makes, with 2,000 to 6,000 AI messages a month included by rung. The rungs are laid out on our Supercreator pricing page.
The cost the CRM price does not include
Every CRM in the table above, apart from FansAgent, is software for a human chatter. It makes that person faster. It does not answer a fan at 3am if nobody is on shift. So the cheapest CRM is only cheap if you already have the chat team and plan to keep paying it.
That team is the larger number by far. ChatterService, one of the services selling OnlyFans chatting by the hour, lists 5 dollars an hour plus 3 percent of sales. Covering one page around the clock is 720 hours a month, which is 3,600 dollars before commission. Agencies share chatters across two or three pages to bring that down, and it still dwarfs a 39 or 70 dollar CRM line. On a five creator roster the CRM is usually under 10 percent of the monthly cost of running the inbox.
That is the comparison worth making. A 39 dollar CRM plus a night shift is not cheaper than a tool that covers the night shift itself. FansAgent keeps the fan record (what each fan bought, when they last spoke, what they respond to) and uses it to write and send replies in each creator's own voice, with approval mode on so a manager signs off and can take over any chat. Studio covers up to ten pages for 399 dollars a month flat, with no percentage of sales. The OnlyFans CRM page shows how the fan record and the replies work together.
Which OnlyFans CRM is cheapest for your situation?
You have ten accounts or fewer and a chat team already. Start on Supercreator CRM Lite. It costs nothing, and you will learn which paid features you actually miss before paying for them.
You want a paid CRM with a price that does not move. FansMetric at 39 dollars per account is the lowest flat price we found, and it stays 39 whether the page earns 500 or 50,000. CreatorXone is similar at about 30 euros per creator for a full month, billed for every day a creator stays connected; our CreatorXOne alternative page prices it at 1, 5 and 10 creators.
Your pages are small. Chatterly at 20 or 35 dollars and OnlyMonster at 30 or 40 are cheapest under 5,000 dollars of monthly earnings. Both climb as pages grow, so rerun the numbers each quarter.
Your pages earn 7,500 dollars or more. Avoid the steepest ladders. Infloww at 125 to 500 and CreatorHero at 159.99 to 299.99 per creator cost the most at this size, and you pay that on every page on the roster.
Your biggest cost is chatters, not software. Price the AI option. The OFM AI chatter comparison sets flat fee AI against commission AI (Substy at 8.5 to 15 percent, Supercreator Super AI at 5 percent plus the account fee) on a five creator roster.
Whatever you choose, look at software as a share of revenue each month rather than as a sticker price. If your bookkeeping already lives in a spreadsheet export, a tool that can turn that export into a monthly P&L makes the creep from bracket changes visible before it adds up.
Questions buyers ask
What is the cheapest OnlyFans CRM for agencies?
For ten accounts or fewer, Supercreator CRM Lite is free. For a paid CRM, FansMetric at 39 dollars per linked account is the lowest flat price we found for OnlyFans pages in September 2026, and it does not rise as pages earn more. On rosters of high earners, Infloww and CreatorHero are the most expensive, at 125 to 500 and 159.99 to 299.99 dollars per creator.
How long is the Infloww free trial?
Seven days, with no credit card required. Agencies moving seven or more creators from another paid CRM can apply for Infloww's 60 day CRM Transition Program instead. Neither is long enough to judge a tool on a slow month, so move one or two pages first and compare their stats against the rest of the roster.
Why do OnlyFans CRMs charge by creator earnings?
Because it lets the vendor charge small pages little and large pages more for the same software. For an agency it means the CRM bill grows with the roster's success, bracket by bracket, per creator. Of the tools in the table, only FansMetric, CreatorXone and FansAgent publish a price that does not depend on earnings.
Is a cheap CRM enough to run an OnlyFans agency?
Only if you also pay chatters. A CRM organizes the inbox, it does not answer it. Hourly chatting services list around 5 dollars an hour plus a sales commission, which is about 3,600 dollars a month to cover one page around the clock. That is why the chat cost, not the CRM price, decides what an agency actually spends.
For the wider picture of what agencies pay across the whole stack, see OnlyFans agency software pricing, and if you are comparing trials before you commit, the OnlyFans CRM free trial page lists what each vendor gives you and what happens on the last day.
Running a single page yourself rather than a roster? The CRM for OnlyFans creators guide prices the same tools for one page at 800, 3,000 and 9,000 dollars a month.
