Substy pricing per creator for Substy AI plans and commission

Substy is one of the few AI chat vendors in this category that puts its whole price on the page, so the question is not what it costs but which of its three plans is cheap for your roster. The answer depends on one number you probably do not know yet: how much the AI will actually sell for each creator.

The short answer

Substy charges per creator per month plus a commission on the net sales its AI closes. Read from substy.ai/pricing on 18 September 2026: Starter is $0 a month plus 15 percent, Pro is $69 plus 10 percent, and Elite is $99 plus 8.5 percent. Annual billing drops Pro to $48 and Elite to $69 a month, about 30 percent off, and paid plans come with a free week. Starter is cheapest until the AI sells about $1,380 a month for that creator, Pro until about $2,000, and Elite above that. A creator whose AI closes $5,000 a month costs $524 on Elite. FansAgent is a flat $49 to $399 a month with no commission, and Studio covers up to 10 pages.

Here is what is published, read from substy.ai/pricing and its terms of service on 18 September 2026. Every plan is billed per creator per month, and the price is the same on OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM. Starter costs $0 a month and takes 15 percent of the net sales its AI closes. Pro costs $69 and takes 10 percent. Elite costs $99 and takes 8.5 percent. The toggle on the page switches to annual billing, where the pricing script shows Pro at $48 and Elite at $69 a month, a cut of roughly 30 percent. Starter stays at $0 either way. Substy's own FAQ says there are no hidden fees on the CRM and that only the AI works on commission, and its pricing page repeats that the commission applies only when the AI makes a sale.

That structure is honest, and it has a real advantage: a creator whose AI sells nothing costs you nothing on Starter. For an agency that signs pages and waits to see which ones work, paying zero for the ones that do not is a genuinely good deal, and no flat fee can beat it on a dead page.

The catch is the other end. A commission is a fee that grows every time the product does its job. At $5,000 of AI sales a month, one creator costs $750 on Starter, $569 on Pro and $524 on Elite. At $20,000, the same creator costs $1,799 on Elite, the cheapest plan at that level. The fixed part of the bill barely matters by then. What you are really choosing between is 15, 10 and 8.5 percent, and the $69 or $99 is the price of the lower rate.

So the plans have clean break-even points. Starter against Pro: 15 percent of X equals $69 plus 10 percent of X when X is $1,380 of AI sales a month. Pro against Elite: $69 plus 10 percent equals $99 plus 8.5 percent at $2,000. Below $1,380 stay on Starter, between $1,380 and $2,000 take Pro, and above $2,000 Elite is always cheapest. On annual billing the break-evens move down to about $960 and $1,400, because the fixed fees shrink while the commission rates stay the same.

Two details on the page decide what those numbers mean in practice. The first is the word net. The commission is charged on net sales, and Substy's pricing page does not define net. On OnlyFans the creator keeps 80 percent of what a fan pays, so ask in writing whether the percentage is taken before or after the platform's 20 percent. The second is attribution. The fee applies to sales the AI makes, which means someone decides which unlock the AI made and which one a human chatter closed on the same fan. Elite adds an AI Hybrid mode where AI and human chatters work together, which is exactly where that line blurs. Ask how a hybrid sale is counted before you put a whole roster on it.

The way you pay is the part most buyers miss. Substy's terms of service describe a credit wallet: subscriptions are paid from credits deposited in your Substy account, and the terms list cryptocurrency as the way to buy credits, while the privacy policy says payment details are processed by Stripe. The affiliate page adds that as an agency's AI sells more, it uses more credits and tops up its balance. In other words, the commission is drawn from a prepaid balance you keep topped up, not billed after the fact.

That matters for the refund clause. The terms give a 14 day withdrawal period on subscriptions, except for credits, and no refunds after that. Any subscription refund the company chooses to make may be issued as Substy credits rather than money. Cancellation is allowed at any time, but there are no prorated refunds, and deleting the account loses access to your data and any remaining credits. The practical rule: keep the wallet balance close to what the next few weeks of AI sales will consume, and never pre-load a large balance on a trial.

The terms also say who you are paying. The operator is SUBHOME TECH SOLUTIONS FZCO, with an address in Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the terms are governed by French law with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bordeaux. Section 13 is worth reading in full: Substy is not responsible for errors, malfunctions or unintended actions its software causes on accounts on third party platforms, and you accept that you use those integrations at your own risk and supervise every automated action. For an AI that sends PPV on your creator's account, that is the clause that allocates the risk.

Here is how that compares with a flat plan. FansAgent charges $49 a month for one page, $149 for Pro, and $399 for Studio covering up to 10 pages, with no percentage of any sale. For a single small page whose AI sells under about $330 a month, Substy Starter is cheaper than our Starter, and we say so. Above that, the flat fee wins, and the gap widens with every sale: at $5,000 of AI sales a creator, Substy Elite is $524 for that one page while FansAgent Studio is $399 for ten.

What it does for you

Substy pricing, the way it should work

Three plans, three commission rates

Starter $0 plus 15 percent of AI net sales, Pro $69 plus 10 percent, Elite $99 plus 8.5 percent, all per creator per month and identical on OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM. Annual billing takes Pro to $48 and Elite to $69.

The break-evens are $1,380 and $2,000

Below $1,380 of AI sales a month per creator, Starter is cheapest. Between $1,380 and $2,000, Pro. Above $2,000, Elite, every time. Past that point the fixed fee barely matters and the percentage is the bill.

A prepaid wallet with a narrow refund

The terms describe subscriptions paid from deposited credits, bought with cryptocurrency, and a 14 day withdrawal that excludes credits. Refunds after that are at the company discretion and may come back as credits. Keep the balance small.

Good to know

Questions people ask before paying for Substy

Substy costs $0, $69 or $99 per creator per month plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of the net sales its AI closes, on its Starter, Pro and Elite plans. Annual billing drops Pro to $48 and Elite to $69 a month. Read from substy.ai/pricing on 18 September 2026. One creator whose AI sells $5,000 a month costs $524 at best.
The Starter plan has no monthly fee and includes full AI chatting, unlimited creators and welcome message automation, but it takes 15 percent of the net sales its AI closes. So it is free only while the AI sells nothing. Above about $1,380 of AI sales per creator a month, Starter is the most expensive Substy plan.
Yes, on every plan, and only on sales its AI makes. Starter takes 15 percent, Pro 10 percent and Elite 8.5 percent of AI net sales. Substy says the CRM itself carries no percentage of your revenue. Ask in writing how a sale is attributed when a human chatter and the AI both worked the same fan.
Yes. Its pricing FAQ says paid plans come with a free week to test the AI and CRM in real conditions, and the Starter plan is a permanent no-fee option. The page does not say whether a card is needed or what happens when the week ends; the terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
It depends on AI sales per creator. Under $1,380 a month, Starter. From $1,380 to $2,000, Pro. Above $2,000, Elite, because 8.5 percent beats 10 percent by more than the extra $30 fee. On annual billing the switch points fall to about $960 and $1,400. Price each creator separately, since plans are per creator.
For creators whose AI sells little, yes: Substy Starter is $0 against Infloww at $40 to $500 per profile by creator earnings. For busy pages it often is not, because the commission grows with AI sales. The models differ too: Infloww prices by what the creator earns and takes no commission, Substy prices by what its AI sells.
Through a credit balance. Substy terms say subscriptions are paid from credits deposited in your account and list cryptocurrency as the way to buy credits, while its privacy policy says payment details are processed by Stripe. Its affiliate page says agencies top up the balance as their AI sells more. Confirm the payment methods at checkout.
Only narrowly. The terms give a 14 day withdrawal period on subscriptions, which excludes credits, and no refunds after that. Any subscription refund the company grants may be paid as Substy credits. Cancelling gives no prorated refund, and deleting the account loses remaining credits. Keep the prepaid balance small.
It is worth it where the AI sells little per creator, because Starter costs nothing on a quiet page, and it suits agencies that want AI and human chatters in one CRM. It gets expensive on strong pages, where 8.5 to 15 percent of every AI sale outruns any flat fee. Run your own AI sales numbers through the table above.
The terms of service name the operator as SUBHOME TECH SOLUTIONS FZCO, at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. The terms are governed by French law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bordeaux and a step of amicable resolution first. They were last updated on May 19, 2025.
Elite adds the AI Hybrid mode, where AI and human chatters work together, all automation triggers instead of six, tracking links, and the integrated OnlyFans and MYM browsers. It also lowers the commission from 10 to 8.5 percent, which alone pays for the extra $30 once a creator AI sales pass $2,000 a month.
A flat fee, once the AI is selling. FansAgent is $49 a month for one page and $399 for Studio across up to 10 pages, with no share of any sale. Ten creators whose AI closes $3,000 each cost $3,540 a month on Substy Elite. Substy is cheaper only on pages whose AI sells very little.
