The short answer
Three OnlyFans CRMs give customers an API they can actually use. OnlyMonster publishes a fully documented public API with 31 operations and signed webhooks, included in its 30 to 250 dollar per account plans. FansMetric includes a public API with Standard and Pro (39 or 99 dollars per linked account). Substy has a REST API and an MCP server, but Substy has to switch agency access on for you. Infloww lists its API as beta with no public documentation, and Supercreator and CreatorHero publish none. No CRM API is official: OnlyFans itself has no public API.
We read each vendor's docs, pricing page and help center on 29 September 2026, including every English article in the Infloww (121), CreatorHero (77) and Supercreator (44) help centers. The table below is what each one really offers a developer on your team.
Which OnlyFans CRMs have an API?
| CRM | Customer API | What it covers | Auth and limits | Price of access |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OnlyMonster | Yes, public and documented at docs.onlymonster.ai, "available to all users, with no special approval required" | 31 operations: accounts, fans and labels, reading and sending chat messages, paid messages from 3 to 200 dollars, auto message campaigns, vault upload and export, chatter metrics, transactions, chargebacks, tracking and trial links, payouts. 10 webhook events including new chat message, PPV purchased and tip received | Token in an x-om-auth-token header. 25 requests a second per token, 15 per endpoint. Webhooks signed with HMAC SHA256 | No separate fee published. The CRM is 30 to 250 dollars per account a month by 30 day earnings |
| FansMetric | Yes, public, at api-docs.fansmetric.com | Chats, messages and mass DMs, fans and lists, earnings, payouts, chargebacks, posts, vault and links. 32 endpoints were added on 17 August 2026. No webhooks documented | Bearer key or X-API-Key, permissions set per route, 1,000 calls a minute and 50,000 a day per organization by default | "API access included with FansMetric Standard and Pro": 39 or 99 dollars per linked account a month |
| Substy | Yes, REST plus an MCP server, but gated: "Agency access is not a setting customers can enable themselves" | A wide surface (its llms.txt lists 311 endpoint entries) and 3 webhook events, but "Direct conversational replies to fans are unavailable" | Bearer key issued by Substy. 20, 60 or 120 calls a minute on Free, Pro and Elite | No metered API charge "in this rollout". Plans are 0, 69 or 99 dollars per creator plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of AI sales |
| Infloww | Beta only. Listed on its roadmap as "Seamlessly sync data directly into your own internal systems" | Revenue export and workflow automation, by Infloww's own description. None of 121 help articles mention it | Not published. The openapi subdomain returns an access error | Not listed on any pricing tier. Ask support for beta access |
| Supercreator | No | No API on the site or in 44 help articles | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| CreatorHero | No | No API on the site or in 77 help articles | Not applicable | Not applicable |
Two things in that table surprise most agency owners. The first is that OnlyMonster and FansMetric, both priced like ordinary CRMs, hand you endpoints that send messages and paid messages. The second is that Infloww, the largest name in the category, is the one without public docs. If you went looking for Infloww's API, our Infloww API breakdown covers the one public mention and what to ask support.
What do agencies actually use a CRM API for?
Almost never for chatting. The builds we see agencies scope fall into four groups, and only one of them touches a fan conversation.
Payroll and commission. Chatters are paid on the sales they close. Pulling transactions and chatter metrics every night into a spreadsheet or database removes the Monday afternoon someone spends reconciling screenshots. OnlyMonster (chatter metrics, transactions) and FansMetric (earnings, messages) both cover this.
Reporting across the roster. Agencies with ten or more creators want one dashboard with revenue per creator, per chatter and per promo link, often next to ad spend and payout data. Once the numbers land in a warehouse, an AI data analyst that answers plain English questions in SQL saves writing the same queries every week.
Promo and trial link tracking. Both OnlyMonster and FansMetric expose tracking and trial links, which lets a marketing team tie a subscriber back to the shoutout or ad that produced them without logging into each account.
Triggered messaging. This is the only group that sends anything to fans: a webhook fires when a fan buys a PPV or tips, and your code sends a follow up. It works, but you are now maintaining a messaging system, and every reply is still a template you wrote in advance. Our piece on OnlyFans automation with Zapier and n8n goes through what breaks when you build this yourself.
Is there an official OnlyFans API?
No. OnlyFans runs no developer program, publishes no API reference and gives creators and agencies no way to request credentials. Every API in this article, CRM or standalone, works because the vendor holds a signed in session on the creator's account and translates your request into what that session can do. None of them claims to be affiliated with OnlyFans, and several say so in their footers.
That matters for two reasons. An endpoint can change or stop working the day OnlyFans changes its site, which is a risk you carry, not the vendor. And an API key that can send paid messages on a creator's account is as sensitive as the password, so scope it tightly and rotate it when a developer leaves. The OnlyFans API page covers the standalone vendors in more depth.
What do standalone OnlyFans APIs cost compared with a CRM API?
If you only want data and do not need a CRM at all, standalone vendors sell API access by the account or by the call. Prices below were read from each vendor on 29 September 2026.
| Standalone API | Published price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| onlyfansapi.com | Free tier, Basic 69 dollars a month, Pro 299 dollars a month with 5 accounts, then 29 down to 10 dollars per additional account | 320 plus endpoints, webhooks on Basic and Pro, MCP and Zapier, Make and n8n connectors. States that OnlyFans offers no official API |
| onlyfansapi.io | Free, 59 dollars (1 account, 24,000 credits), 149 dollars (3 accounts, 72,000 credits) | Credit based, x-api-key header |
| ofapis.com | Free 250 credits, 39 dollars for 30,000, 159 dollars for 120,000 and 5 accounts | Charged per successful call |
| OFMAPI | Free during its public beta | 174 MCP tools and signed webhooks |
| fansly-api.com | 69 dollars for 1 account, 299 dollars for 5 | Fansly only, 80 plus endpoints, from the same team as onlyfansapi.com, not affiliated with Fansly |
For an agency that already runs OnlyMonster or FansMetric, the included API is usually the cheaper route, because you are paying for the CRM anyway. A standalone API makes sense when your team works in its own tools and the CRM would only be a data pipe. The full per account CRM math is on our OnlyMonster pricing and FansMetric pricing pages, and the cheapest OnlyFans CRM comparison prices nine of them at 1, 5 and 10 creators.
Which OnlyFans CRM API should an agency choose?
You want the deepest API today and webhooks. OnlyMonster. It is the only CRM with public docs, signed webhooks for purchases, tips and messages, and no approval step to get a token. Check the rate limits against your roster size before you build a nightly sync.
You want reporting and attribution first. FansMetric. Its API is included on every paid plan, the permissions are set per route, and the data side (earnings, payouts, chargebacks, links) is broad. There are no webhooks yet, so plan on polling.
You already use Substy for AI chatting. Ask Substy to enable agency access. The API covers a lot, but it will not let you answer fans directly, and you still pay the percentage of AI sales on top of the plan.
You are on Infloww, Supercreator or CreatorHero. Ask Infloww for beta access with a written scope. Supercreator and CreatorHero offer nothing to build on, so an integration means a standalone API next to the CRM.
Do you need an API to automate fan replies?
Usually not, and this is where most API projects go wrong. An agency starts scoping webhooks because fans wait hours for an answer, and six weeks later it owns a template engine that still cannot hold a conversation. The endpoints can send a message. They cannot decide what a specific fan should hear, when to offer a PPV, or when to stop selling and just talk.
That is the job FansAgent does without a build. The agent is trained on each creator's own messages, pet names, offers and hard limits, reads the conversation and the fan's history, and writes and sends the reply within seconds, with approval on for the fans you care about most. It covers OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue for 49, 149 or 399 dollars a month flat, with no share of sales. FansAgent is not an API product: keep your CRM API for payroll and reporting, and let the agent handle the inbox. You can try it on one creator in the studio at the top of this page, or read how it works on the OnlyFans AI chatbot page.
Does Infloww have an API?
Yes, in beta only. Infloww's product roadmap lists "Infloww API" under in beta, described as syncing data directly into your own internal systems, and its comparison pages mention it. There is no public documentation, none of its 121 English help articles cover it, and no pricing tier lists API access. Ask Infloww support for access and a written scope.
Does OnlyMonster have an API?
Yes. OnlyMonster publishes a public, documented API at docs.onlymonster.ai that any customer can use without approval. It covers accounts, fans, chat messages, paid messages, vault, chatter metrics, transactions, tracking links and payouts, with 10 signed webhook events. Access uses a token header, is limited to 25 requests a second, and comes with the normal per account plan.
Can you send OnlyFans messages through an API?
Yes, through third party APIs only. OnlyMonster and FansMetric document endpoints that send messages and mass DMs for their customers, and standalone vendors such as onlyfansapi.com do the same. All of them work through a session on the creator's account, not an official OnlyFans channel, so a site change can break them and each message still needs to be written by someone or something.
