Substy vs Infloww pricing and AI chatting compared for OnlyFans agencies deciding who sends the reply

People who search Substy vs Infloww are usually not comparing two CRMs. They are deciding whether to keep paying people to sit in the inbox, or to let AI do it. That is the real difference between these two products, and once you see it the pricing makes sense.

The short answer

Substy and Infloww solve different problems. Substy is an AI chatting tool with a CRM around it: its AI replies to fans by itself, and on 2 October 2026 it cost 0, 69 or 99 dollars per creator a month plus 15, 10 or 8.5 percent of the AI's net sales, on OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM. Infloww is a CRM for human chatter teams: 40 to 500 dollars per creator profile a month by earnings, with AI Copilot suggesting replies a chatter sends, at 1 cent per suggestion. Pick Substy if you want AI to take the shifts and accept a commission, Infloww if you keep a chat team. FansAgent sends replies in the creator's voice on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue for a flat 49, 149 or 399 dollars.

We read both vendors at source on 2 October 2026: substy.ai/pricing and its Infloww comparison page, and infloww.com/pricing alongside the Infloww help center articles on AI Copilot. Substy describes itself as AI chatting and CRM for OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM. Its AI writes and sends replies to fans on every plan, including the free Starter plan, and the Elite plan adds a hybrid mode that hands a chat to a human. Infloww describes its product around Messages Pro, Smart Lists, Smart Messages and Vault Pro, plus roles, shift scheduling, built in proxies and a sensitive word blocker. It is software for a team of chatters, and it is very good at that job.

The pricing models follow from that. Substy bills per creator: Starter is 0 dollars plus 15 percent of the AI's net sales, Pro is 69 dollars plus 10 percent, Elite is 99 dollars plus 8.5 percent, and paid plans come with a free week. Net means after the platform's own fee, so on OnlyFans the commission is charged on what is left after the 20 percent cut. The CRM itself carries no percentage. Only the AI does, and only when it sells. One thing to watch: Substy's own comparison page describes Substy as a single flat rate regardless of how many accounts you run, while its pricing page bills every plan per creator. Budget on the pricing page.

Infloww bills per creator profile, and the fee climbs with what that creator earns. Its pricing page leads with 40 dollars and ties the price to the creator's monthly earnings. When we read the earnings selector on 17 September 2026 it ran through twelve brackets, from 40 dollars under 500 dollars of earnings to 500 dollars over 75,000. A page earning 8,000 dollars sits at 125 dollars, and one earning 20,000 at 225. Fanvue and MYM profiles are listed at 50. There is no commission on sales, which is the strongest thing Infloww has going for it once a page earns real money.

The AI is where the two split. Infloww AI Copilot, labelled beta in every help article, gives a chatter three suggested replies in one of four styles, casual, re-engage, tip request or sexting. The chatter edits one and presses send. Each generated prompt costs one credit, 1 cent, whether it is sent or not, and the pricing page lists Copilot on the OnlyFans plan only. So the true monthly cost of covering an inbox on Infloww is the profile fee, plus credits, plus whoever is pressing send at 3am. On Substy, the AI is pressing send, and you pay for that with a share of what it sells.

Platforms decide the shortlist before price does. Substy covers OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM and does not mention Fansly anywhere on its pricing page or homepage. Infloww covers OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and MYM, but its Fansly plan lists an inbox, roles, fan insights, PPV history and scripts, with no AI. If a share of your roster is on Fansly, neither tool will put AI on those pages, and Fansly's terms, updated 21 July 2026, bar AI that interacts with users without human oversight, so an approval step matters there anyway.

The question we would ask before signing either: how much of this bill grows when you win? Substy's commission rises every month the AI sells more, so a page that does well pays more for the same work. Infloww's bracket fee rises too, in steps, but it is small next to the chatter payroll it assumes you already have. FansAgent is the third option, built for the buyer who wants what Substy does without the percentage. The agent trains on each creator's past messages, answers every fan in that voice, lines up PPV and tips inside the price bands the creator sets, and routes whole fan tiers, such as top spenders, through approval before anything sends. Starter is 49 dollars for one page, Pro is 149 with the fan CRM, and Studio is 399 for up to ten pages with team seats and roles, on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue.

Where Infloww still wins: if you employ a dozen chatters and need their shifts, permissions and commissions handled in one place, a chat team CRM earns its fee, and FansAgent does not run payroll. Where Substy still wins: a brand new page with almost no sales pays next to nothing on Starter, because 15 percent of very little is very little. Past a few thousand dollars of AI sales a month, the flat fee is the cheaper line, and the gap widens every good month.

Price by bracket

Substy vs Infloww cost on one OnlyFans page at three earnings levels

Substy plan fees and commission rates read from substy.ai/pricing on 2 October 2026. Infloww bracket fees read from the earnings selector on infloww.com/pricing on 17 September 2026; the page still leads with 40 dollars and ties the fee to creator earnings on 2 October. The sales split is our example, not a vendor figure: we assume AI conversations close about a third of the page's monthly earnings, then apply Substy's commission to what is left after the OnlyFans 20 percent fee.

Substy vs Infloww cost on one OnlyFans page at three earnings levels
Page earns a month Substy Starter Substy Pro Substy Elite Infloww FansAgent
3,000 dollars, AI sells 1,000 0 plus 15 percent of 800, about 120 dollars 69 plus 80, about 149 dollars 99 plus 68, about 167 dollars 70 dollars plus credits plus chatter pay 49 dollars on Starter, 149 on Pro
8,000 dollars, AI sells 2,700 About 324 dollars About 285 dollars About 283 dollars 125 dollars plus credits plus chatter pay 149 dollars
20,000 dollars, AI sells 6,700 About 804 dollars About 605 dollars About 555 dollars 225 dollars plus credits plus chatter pay 149 dollars

Chatter pay is the line the Infloww column leaves open, and it is usually the largest. An hourly chatting service such as ChatterService lists 5 dollars an hour plus 3 percent of sales, so round the clock cover on one page is about 3,600 dollars a month before commission. On a roster, multiply every column by the number of pages, except FansAgent Studio, which covers up to ten pages for 399 dollars.

Good to know

Questions agencies ask when choosing between Substy and Infloww

It depends on who you want sending messages. Substy is better if you want AI to answer fans on its own and accept 8.5 to 15 percent of AI sales. Infloww is better for an agency that keeps a team of human chatters and needs roles, shifts and a vault. If you want AI that sends without a commission, FansAgent is a flat 49 to 399 dollars.
Substy bills per creator. Starter is 0 dollars plus 15 percent of the AI's net sales, Pro is 69 dollars plus 10 percent, and Elite is 99 dollars plus 8.5 percent, read from substy.ai/pricing on 2 October 2026. Net means after the platform fee. The CRM carries no percentage, only AI sales do, and paid plans include a free week.
Infloww charges per creator profile, and the fee rises with what that creator earns. The pricing page leads with 40 dollars, and its earnings selector ran from 40 dollars under 500 dollars of earnings to 500 dollars over 75,000 when we read it. A page earning 8,000 dollars pays 125. AI Copilot credits are extra, at 1 cent each.
For an agency with several human chatters, usually yes, because roles, shift scheduling, smart lists and the vault save real coordination time and there is no commission on sales. For a creator or small agency that wants to stop paying chatters, it is less useful, because AI Copilot only suggests replies and a person still has to send them.
No. Infloww AI Copilot, labelled beta, suggests three replies in a chosen style and a chatter edits and sends one. It does not answer fans on its own. Substy's AI does reply by itself on every plan. FansAgent also replies by itself, in each creator's trained voice, with approval available for any fan tier.
Not according to its own site. Substy's pricing page and homepage list OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM, and we found no Fansly support in its help center. Infloww supports Fansly for human chatters but lists no AI on its Fansly plan. FansAgent answers on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, with approval mode available for Fansly pages.
Yes. Neither tool locks you in, and both bill monthly. Export your fan notes and scripts before you cancel Infloww, and run the new tool on one page first so you can compare sales against the old setup. FansAgent trains on the creator's existing messages, so the voice carries over from the chats you already have.
On software alone, Substy Starter is cheaper for a page with little AI revenue, and Infloww is cheaper once AI sales grow, because it charges no commission. Counting people, Substy is usually cheaper, since Infloww assumes you pay chatters. At 8,000 dollars a month, Substy Pro is about 285 dollars, Infloww 125 plus chatter pay, and FansAgent 149.
You can, but you would be paying twice for the inbox. Some agencies keep Infloww for team management and test an AI tool on a few pages. If you do, make sure only one tool is answering any given chat, or fans will get two replies. FansAgent lets a person take over a chat at once, which avoids that overlap.
Lower chatter costs. The Infloww fee is rarely the problem, the payroll behind it is. Agencies that leave usually want AI that answers overnight and on slow pages, while keeping a human on top spenders and custom requests. That is the setup FansAgent is built for, with approval mode on the fans who matter most.
