The short answer
A solo OnlyFans creator needs a CRM for three things: notes on each fan, a record of what each fan has spent and bought, and a way to message fans by that spend. For one page earning a few thousand dollars a month, the cheapest paid options are FansMetric at a flat 39 dollars and Chatterly or OnlyMonster at 35 to 40 dollars, read from their pricing pages on 1 October 2026. Agency CRMs like Infloww and CreatorHero cost 70 to 160 dollars for the same page and are built around chatter teams you do not have. If your real problem is the hours you spend in the inbox, a CRM alone will not fix it, and that is where an AI that answers from the fan record earns its fee.
Most CRM comparisons are written for agencies with twenty creators and a shift rota. This one is for the creator who runs one page, does most of the chatting personally, and is deciding whether a CRM is worth paying for at all.
What a solo creator actually needs from an OnlyFans CRM
Strip out the agency features and the list gets short. Payroll, chatter commissions, shift schedules, team roles and per chatter leaderboards are the bulk of what Infloww, OnlyMonster and CreatorHero sell, and none of it matters when the only chatter is you.
What does matter is memory. OnlyFans shows you a chat thread, but it does not keep a clean profile of a fan in one place: that he prefers feet content, that he bought the shower set in March, that he tips after a compliment and goes quiet when he is pushed. A good CRM keeps that next to the conversation so you stop scrolling back through months of messages before you reply.
The second need is spend. You want to see your top twenty spenders at a glance, know who has already unlocked a PPV before you send it again, and message only the fans who have bought in the last 30 days. Native OnlyFans lists can do some of this by hand. A CRM does it automatically, which is the difference between doing it every week and meaning to.
The third is follow up. Welcome messages, a nudge when a subscription is about to expire and a message to fans who came back after lapsing are where a solo page leaks money quietly. Some CRMs automate them, some only remind you.
What does an OnlyFans CRM cost for one creator?
Almost every OnlyFans CRM now prices per creator and ties the price to what that creator earns, so the honest way to compare is at your own earnings. The table prices one page at three levels: a side page earning 800 dollars a month, a steady page at 3,000 and a full time page at 9,000.
| CRM | How it prices | Page at 800 | Page at 3,000 | Page at 9,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FansMetric Standard | 39 dollars per linked account, flat. Pro 99 with marketing attribution | 39 | 39 | 39 |
| Chatterly | 20 to 200 dollars per creator by monthly net revenue, 14 days of full access | 20 | 35 | 60 |
| OnlyMonster | 30 to 250 dollars per account by 30 day earnings | 30 | 40 | 50 |
| Supercreator CRM Premium | 15 dollars under 1,000 of earnings, then 69, 149 or 249. 14 day trial, no card | 15 | 69 | 69 |
| Infloww | 40 to 500 dollars per profile by creator earnings | 50 | 70 | 125 |
| CreatorHero | 39.99 license plus a revenue fee, 39.99 to 299.99 per creator, 7 day trial | 59.99 | 119.99 | 159.99 |
| CreatorXone | 1 euro per creator per connected day, billed whether used or not | about 30 euros | about 30 euros | about 30 euros |
| FansAgent Pro | 149 dollars flat with the fan CRM, and the AI answers fans in your voice | 149 | 149 | 149 |
Dollars a month unless marked. Prices read from each vendor's pricing page between 27 September and 1 October 2026, with script driven pages checked in a rendered browser. Supercreator also has a free CRM Lite plan with basic tools and no AI, and Substy offers a basic freemium CRM. Free tiers are fine for trying the idea, but they leave out the automations that make a CRM pay for itself.
Two things stand out. At 800 dollars a month, a 50 or 60 dollar CRM is 6 to 7 percent of what the page earns, which is a lot for a fan list. And at 9,000 dollars, the earnings ladders start to bite: Infloww and CreatorHero cost three to four times FansMetric for the same single page. If your page is growing, a flat price is worth more than it looks today.
Which CRM is best for a solo OnlyFans creator?
It depends on what you are short of, money or time.
If you are short of money and like doing your own chats, FansMetric at 39 dollars is the simplest flat price and covers Fansly as well as OnlyFans. Chatterly is cheaper on a small page and gives every feature at every tier, but its price climbs with net revenue. OnlyMonster is the cheapest of the full agency CRMs at 30 to 50 dollars for most solo pages.
If you already sell well and want better PPV records, Supercreator CRM Premium at 69 dollars is built around PPV selling and fan spend, and Infloww adds Smart Lists and triggered Smart Messages for birthdays, expiring subscriptions and lapsed fans, at a higher price that grows with you. Both are OnlyFans first. Supercreator publishes no Fansly support for its tools, and Infloww's Fansly plan does not include its AI Copilot.
If you are short of time, no CRM in the agency category will give it back, because they are built to help a chatter type faster, not to chat for you. That is the gap FansAgent fills. Pro keeps a profile on every fan with likes, purchases and spend, surfaces your whales, and the agent answers fans from that record in your own voice, day and night, with approval on for the fans you want to handle yourself. Compare it with the other tools on the OnlyFans CRM with AI chatbot page, which checks ten CRMs for whether their AI actually sends the reply.
Is a CRM worth it on a small OnlyFans page?
Under about 1,000 dollars a month, usually not on its own. You can keep fan notes in OnlyFans lists and a spreadsheet, and the money is better spent on promotion. The exception is a page that is small because the creator cannot keep up with messages. A fan who waits hours for a reply often moves on before the PPV lands, and a CRM that only organizes the inbox does not change that.
Between 1,000 and 5,000 dollars a month, a cheap flat CRM pays for itself if you use the spend data. Sending a PPV only to fans who bought in the last month, and never to fans who already own it, protects you from refunds and from the quiet unsubscribes that follow a spammy mass message.
Above 5,000 dollars a month, the question changes. The page is now a job, and the cost that matters is your hours in the inbox. At that point compare a CRM plus your own time against a tool that does the chatting. The OnlyFans AI chatbot page shows what the agent does for a single creator, and FansAgent for creators covers setup on your own login.
What to check before you connect a CRM to your page
Every OnlyFans CRM needs access to your account to read chats and stats, so check how it connects. Most run through a browser extension or a desktop app that logs in as you. Ask whether you keep your own login, whether the tool can see your payout settings, and how you revoke access. Never give a password to a tool that cannot explain where it is stored.
Check platforms if you are on more than one site. FansMetric, OnlyMonster and CreatorXone list Fansly support, Supercreator and CreatorHero are OnlyFans only, and FansAgent covers OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. Fansly's terms, updated 21 July 2026, bar AI interacting with users without human oversight, so on Fansly keep approval mode on for anything AI writes.
Finally, check what you can export. Earnings by fan and by month are useful long after you change tools, and at tax time, when OnlyFans sends your 1099 form, you can file your taxes with an AI that reads your 1099s instead of rebuilding the year from screenshots.
Questions creators ask about OnlyFans CRMs
What is the best CRM for OnlyFans creators?
For a solo creator who chats personally, FansMetric at a flat 39 dollars or OnlyMonster at 30 to 50 dollars cover fan notes, spend and lists at the lowest cost. For a page that sells heavy PPV, Supercreator CRM Premium or Infloww track purchases in more depth. If you want the CRM to answer fans for you, FansAgent Pro does both for 149 dollars flat.
Is there a free OnlyFans CRM?
Yes, with limits. Supercreator CRM Lite is free for up to ten accounts with basic tools and no AI, and Substy has a basic freemium CRM. Free tiers cover notes and simple lists, but leave out the automations and spend filters that earn the money back, so most creators who keep using a CRM end up on a paid plan.
Is Infloww good for solo creators?
It works, but you pay for agency features you will not use. Infloww is built around chatter teams, with roles, shifts and payroll, and it prices by earnings from 40 to 500 dollars per profile. A page earning 3,000 dollars a month pays 70 dollars, against 39 for FansMetric. Infloww makes more sense once you hire your first chatter.
Do OnlyFans CRMs reply to fans for you?
Most do not. Infloww, OnlyMonster, Creatorboost and CreatorXone use AI to suggest or draft replies that a person sends, and CreatorHero uses it for summaries and translation. Supercreator's Izzy and Substy's AI do reply, for a per account fee plus 5 to 15 percent of AI sales. FansAgent replies in your voice for a flat monthly fee.
How much should a solo creator spend on a CRM?
A useful ceiling is around 2 to 3 percent of what the page earns. On a 3,000 dollar page that is 60 to 90 dollars, which covers any of the flat or low ladder CRMs. Spending more makes sense only when the tool saves hours or adds sales you can measure, such as an AI that answers fans while you sleep.
For the agency view of the same tools, OnlyFans CRM software compares fan records, vault and team features, and the cheapest OnlyFans CRM breakdown prices nine CRMs at 1, 5 and 10 creators.
